You're right with almost all of them. I fly the MD 11 because I think they're neat, or if I'm in the nostalgic 80s or 90s mood, or I fly UPS. I own every plane btw, I rarely use the 787 because of those mismatched landing gear doors and wide pylons, I fly KLM as of now with that plane

It's in a testing server and devs can bring in their own aircraft. Are you talking about the Baron cockpit? If so, a cockpit and interior will be added in the next update

I think the Apache Heli will come in a future Update (maybe 8.0.0 or 8.5.0) I took of the heli, when it was on a public server. It has a cockpit
