Alexa, this is the. video for me, thank you so much!!! I genuinely feel like I'm manifesting these videos because clearly something is being reflected, again we are always manifesting. So I've been in 'the sabbath' for a long time and doing occasionally doing scenes to top up! My inner convos have all been aligned and I know it's done. I am now just so relaxed and at peace and now I know what's going on! I'm now even more relaxed! I will be honest, I did have a small moment of 'omg where is it, surely I need to do something and I can't be 'this' relaxed and then I did some SATS and lo and behold I see this video, clearly a big indicator, clearly doing things right and clearly I have a success story for you! Thank you so much for all of your help Alexa, you truly are a great coach, so down to earth and honest!

just discovered your channel, i love it. i’ve been working on my mental diet recently as im new to this. i work with my SP. i worked with him yesterday and i noticed i felt more calm and content. it caused me to spark up more conversation with him naturally which caused us to have more positive conversation with each other. he asked what perfume i was wearing - is this movement? and then later he randomly gave me a souvenir from one of his recent vacations - was that movement too? i guess what im learning is that everything is movement but it will help me understand better hearing it from you on this matter
