as much as i love peppermint she should have been in the bottom with trinity bc of that ''look'' and her performance. charlie did just as bad but at least she had a pretty cool look.
+lazeday Did you even read what she said? Not Peppermint and Charlie in the lipsync, but Peppermint and Trinity in the lip- sync. As the team leader, Trinity definitely deserved to be in the bottom 2 since her team failed. Having say that, it's just Charlie time to go. I heard that she had the craked rib (from cheerleading challenge) and couldn't sleep properly due to the pain. So it's better for her to go home and seek medical help, since if she stay, it would just get worse for her.
i really like Michelle visage but i hate how in every one of these videos she interrupts the queens to give some soapbox speech to undermine their feelings about the competetion.
It was hard to watch Charlie not go for it in the lip synch and it was doubly hard when I heard the other queens audibly rooting for him. Here's the thing: you are not Charlie, and maybe you don't know what it's like to be Charlie and to be all the things he is. I have watched Charlie for years and seen him perform live and he's GREAT. For me, his inclusion on the show was MY inclusion on the show. We are almost exactly the same age and if you want to talk about gay under-representation - how about the rampant ageism in the gay world and society in general? For me, Charlie was seeing myself on the show, AT LAST, after ELEVEN seasons. And he brought with him, along with the wisdom of experience, all the fears that come with the rejection that stems from JUST BEING OF A CERTAIN AGE. Michelle is right - you should just do what you do and ignore it. But it's a daily thing, being told you are LESS because of something like your age. I think it's ironic that he imitates Madonna most regularly, because she is subject to the same FUCKING BS DAY IN AND DAY OUT. If this was Charlie's best, then I accept that and he left on his own terms. And FUCK his looks were always something special. Now get off your collective judgemental asses and go see his show. And while you're there, try not to let his talent distract you from his age. ;)
I love watching the more mature queens in interview especially with Michelle because you have to be ready for her no nonsense questions and comments and Charlie flowed wonderfully in this interview

Charlie for all stars 3??? I was so disappointed when she bombed the challenge. Charlie has a lot of talent- and she's one of the few queens who can actually rock the runway. I'm so sad that we didn't get to see more of her. If anyone hasn't watched her Lana impression do yourself a favour and RU-vid it.
+Savannah Outlaw Well, it's debatable. Trinity, as the leader, deserved to be in the bottom 2 for sure. Then it's between Charlie and Peppermint. Both of them failed in the challenge, BUT at least Charlie runway look was good.
heronumber009 Of course you can try to debate it but at the end of the day, Charlie did awful in the challenge. It would've been completely unfair to save her when every single moment of her performance was so much worse than everyone else's. That's just it.
I think the show needs to be a little bit longer as Michelle visage is forced to talk quicker and try to cram in the key points within the time frame but it is making her come across condescending and disrespectful as it appears she's cutting off people in Mid sentence I am sure world of wonder can up this from a under 5 min show to a 10 min show .
Honestly, Charlie is a LEGEND and the show did not showcase a fragment of his talents. Saying that, I wish he didn't give up and truly wish to see him in All Stars.
It's so sad that he got all this hate for the lipsync. I mean, he's not as young as Trinity, he had a broken rib, he wasn't used to lipsyncing. Give him a break! He was clearly out of his comfort zone and he knew he had no chances against an experienced lipsyncer like Trinity. It doesn't mean that he didn't want to be in the competition and in no way he disrespected Trinity and the other contestants. I don't see people hating on Adore or Bendelacreme for literally QUITTING the competition on AS. Charlie didn't even quit, he did what he could in a situation that was clearly very uncomfortable for him. There's no need to hate on him. I hoped that the fandom would have been more supportive, instead of trying to accuse him of "not trying hard enough"
While I do believe that Peppermint should've have been in the problem, I think she should of replaced Trinity not Charlie. While Charlie did have a good look on the runway, she along with Peppermint were the worst in the challenge. Not only was she bad, but she tried too hard to follow the cards and it ended hurting another queen in the process.
+ratmat720 How was she "hurting another queen in the process"? Cynthia performed just fine. It was just that the way Charlie work and the way Cynthia work didn't match well together. It was not who wrong, it was just their chemistry wasn't right together. And isn't that the fault of the person who put them together? And as the leader, Trinity deserved to be in the bottom 2 for sure. I just don't understand how people can think that eve when her team failed so hard, even as the team leader, she didn't need to take the fall for that. Especially when she made some questionable decisions, which lead to the team not being able to perform well. So the one who hurt the other queens in the process, was actually Trinity, as the team leader!
heronumber009 I guess I should've said "could've hurt another queen in the process". She was trying so hard to follow the cards that everytime Cynthia went off script or mispronounced things, Charlie would point to the cards hindering Cynthia. Cynthia did just fine, but I think she would've been better if Charlie just relaxed a little bit.
+ratmat720 Yes, I understand your point. But as I said, it was just that the way those 2 work, that didn't match well, Cynthia is very spontaneous, while Charlie likes to follow the script. And I don't think it's fair to blame Charlie for that, because that's just the way she works and what work well for her for so many years. And as Michelle mentioned in this video, it's hard for older people to learn new way and change their working habit. As I said, it came down to Trinity decision to put them together. It wasn't a good decision. And her and Peppermint didn't work well together either. I think if they could just rehearse together as a group properly, they could see that. And then if they could just swap Peppermint's role with Charlie's role, their group would work a lot better. Charlie would work better as an anchor with Trinity and would be able to keep the time in check and end their show properly. While Peppermint's personality would fit better with Cynthia.
Charlie has a video on her facebook, claiming they actually edited out her funny parts with Cynthia and her pointing to the cards was when she forgot her lines. I'd still like to dig more on this extreme editing thing. I know some queens are upset with the show because of this, but I'd like to know a bit more. It's hard to know who to believe.

Why is she in this position??? - Charlie should NOT have been in the bottom two. Queens like Cynthia are still in the race, I mean really??
Cannot believe Charlie got the boot! She was one of the most talented and interesting queens in this show. Why does the queen who thrashes about and executes second-rate acrobatics, if that, always win the lip Sync battle?

I have to admit i was incredibly disappointed with Charlie in the lip synch. I don't know what went down behind the scenes but on the episode it looked like she just gave up and stood there. I really saw her in the top 3 because she carries herself so well, very elegant.
at the end of the day the bottom 3 is the bottom 3. they did something wrong during the challenge that could send them home. Ru looks at the bottom 3 and says hmmmm, who can i save that i know will do great next week? she chose peppermint and peppermint did great as britney in the musical challenge so the decision was justified. case dismissed!!
Why is everyone saying it should have been Trinity vs. Peppermint? It should have been Peppermint vs. Charlie. So tired of seeing people thrown into the bottom because 'they were the leader.'
You can see how much this season is rigged like All Stars 2. Like, Peppermint's challenge and runway were shit, thats two crosses. Charlie's challenge was shit, but her runway was on of the best - thats a tick and a cross. Peppermint was the worst.
