As far as I know the original game was gonna be totally different but in the last few weeks of development the Columbine massacre happened and full changed the game entirely

don't forget that the models made for pico a nene for pico's school 2 were used in newgrounds rumble (the same goes for samurai asshole, who was gonna get a sequel, cancelled too, and the model is the only thing that survived)
