Phil had a reputation for being a "wild man" due to his table talk, but he was a pretty tight player. I wonder whatever happened to him though. Perhaps someone might make a video about what he is doing now someday.
@@michaelblankenau6598I don’t believe you. In this very video, they show clips where commentators pronounce it as “lock.” Either you’re trying to troll, have terrible hearing, or you’ve never realized how it’s been pronounced. I’m guessing you’re trolling.
🎲✨💚 My Favorite Player: Phil Laak 💚✨🎲 In the world of poker, few have been as unpredictable and entertaining as Phil Laak. Known for his charismatic personality and unique style, he’s not just a player; he’s a poker legend! 🌞🔮✨💓🍀☄🔥🚀
hold on a sec, for laak to play all those hours it means he didn't get busted out, or that he had lots of rebuys, what stakes was he playing for? was it high or law? and finally how'd he make out? did he win?
Guinness World Records online still shows Laak's 115-hour session as the longest. I believe he was also in a pretty bad ATV accident at one point. No clue where he is now, mostly thanks to this video.
He knocked me out of a tournament last year with an inside straight straw to my two pair… All in on the flop he needed a jack and he got a jack not only on the turn but on the river as well 🤦🏼
That is because this dude just simply searches poker players history on Wikipedia and recites verbatim what it says and makes a “video” about it The only thing that takes time here is putting a video together finding clips of phil
