3:57 Slight spoilers to those who haven't seen the finale Honestly, I think Lilith DID attempt to cause hell to uprise as Charlie said in her book 'she inspired demon's with her songs and voice'. If her songs were anything like Charlie's, they would be persuasive and by her appearance, I think many demon's would follow her. Lucifer, who already disliked sinners and allowed the extermination to happen/made a deal with heaven, probably tried to stop her/persuade her to stop but she didn't so heaven made her a deal. My theory is that heaven said: hey so, if you stop telling and inspiring to uprise then you can live here. At this point, Charlie is an adult and does exactly need parents to watch her like a child would and lilith knew lucifer cared for her and would take care of her/probably tell her. So she agreed- never actually realising how much of an impact she made on her daughter. When we saw lilith, she looks MAD at lute (even without eyes!). Many think that it was because she was being bossed around but I think it was because lute insulted her daughter by calling her a 'brat'. Lilith, now being a part of heaven, may have to actually try this but I think she might try and allow heaven to let CHARLIE in as well (since thats what she did)- probably pissing off lucifer.
