Not everyone can live this way...everything seems hard...i can't..i don't have time...i won't make it...thats the easy road.....but there arent any quick fixes...you have to get ur gear...get ur game face on...crank up the headphones to some mak_mo...and dont fkn look back...its hard work...to a weak mind....but do it..and u Will want and need more...happy holidays to makaveli motivation...and to all the iron brothers and sisters out there.....time to go get it💪🐷

Every time I question my abilities to keep working through the bullsh*t I come straight to this video. “You have to make shit happen” Rich & Dallas were both extremists in their own right❤️ They kept going and going and going. Aww SO GREAT to see a video from you only featured Dallas. Good to hear a few of his speech more. Didn't not know him during his time but when I discorvered him I say to myself he's the best in his generation at this time and he would be a great person to be friend with. I just hope Dallas and rich knows how many people they inspired nobody needs to worry, about the haters they aren’t inspired by them but plenty of people are, i just hope they know how many people truly love them for who they were not as a bodybuilder but as a person, and everybody days are numbered, Dallas and rich accomplished more than people would in a lifetime, and everyone needs to live like that, great video as always. Been a fan of Dallas since 2012. My gym has his Redcon1 shirt on the wall under a glass frame. It must be a 5xl or bigger. RIP Dallas, favourite bodybuilder.
