someone suggested that when breakcore gets so chaotically chopped that it sounds like a crunchy synth it should be called breakchord cause its basically making chords out of breaks
i expected to come into this video and immediately make a rant in the comments saying this isn't breakcore but i was pleasantly surprised. 0:28 pitch shift reminds me of hajnal2 by vsnares and a lot of the rest reminds me of második galamb
@@Newtined I thought the rhythm and musical crackle was a good idea! I don't know how you all do this but you did really well! How long have you been making music?!
Мощно прям!! Думаю можно ещё какой-нибудь экспериментальный синт добавить, тоже с глитчами. Или можно не синт свой сделать, а какую-нибудь песню украсть и её так же как амен разломать на куски
I don't even have my headphones on, but, at 0:20 and 0:39 I noticed an "8D effect". Was that a byproduct of the insane chopping? Did you apply some weird combination of reverb and phasing?
no, in the amen breakbeat there are two kick drums that sound similar but arent the 'same,' i panned one of those kick drums to the right and the other kick to the left to give it this cool effect, i was just experementing really
@@Newtined Interesting! That reminds me of Gorillaz - Clint Eastwood, where "It's all in your head" is muted on mono but not stereo, because one side has inverted polarity
@@rapidjonte ok thank you i use this plugin sampler called "SliceX," where i put an amrn break sample and use marker notes to chop the sample up to different notes on the piano roll (like in the video)
