I bought this bag just when it was released in Rome last year February 2020. It is gorgeous! I love it and indeed it has become a favorite and the price started increasing

@@Jocelynmarieaponte It came today. I like the bag. And the size is enough. But the strap is too short for me. I’m 5/7 and there’s no way it’s a cross body for me. And just wearing it on my shoulders I don’t like the look so I changed my strap I got off of Amazon. Love the box that it came in♥️

@@melizavalerio_ I believe it was $980 at the time but it’s one of my favorites! I use it everyday as my go-to and it fits so much! It hold up really well too considering this bag has been through hell and back lol

Hey! How’s the zipper? Is it smooth or does it get stuck when you open it? Also does the zipper scratch your hand when you put your and in and out the bag?

The zipper is honestly a little bit difficult to open. Like it’s not as smooth as Louis Vuitton. But the zipper isn’t scratchy like if you put your hand inside the leather around the zipper will bend in so you’re not scratching your hand as much!

The strap drives me crazy. It comes off the purse to easy and the length is way too small....but love everything else

Only twice? That’s 2x too many. That could destroy your bag if it fell on the sidewalk. They need to redesign it to be more difficult to open.

I'm confused about the price, so ive seen multiple videos that says the bag is only 980, but online the price is showing 1,100? Does any one know why? btw love this review♥

I saw this video yesterday and I ordered the bag today. I thought I was good on bags, since I just purchased my LV Pochette Metis and my MCM pink Liz Tote... But for sure for sure this Neo is my last bag.
