You ain’t need a wood bag at the age of 11 also nor a sliding kit they throw like 60

Actually we have tournaments for our age where only wood bats are allowed and a wood bat is the one of the best training bat for swinging at any age. Sliding mits are used to protect our hands when sliding into bases, they have nothing to do with batting/pitching speed. Learn something about baseball before you come to my page making nonsense comments.

@@Landmangill sliding mit is to protect your hand u don’t need it when they throw like 60 and wood bats aren’t good to use at your age even if they allow it it’s good for practice even tho the bat u use is a drop 8 and 10

😂😂 clearly you have no clue about wood bats. My 6 year old brother swings one too. Sliding mits are not worn when batting. They are for SLIDING. What do you not understand. My wood bat is a drop 5. Also I know what I’m doing, thanks.

@@Landmangill drop 5 is still light very light I also said sliding mit. When you slide into second or sum they throw like 60 it won’t do anything to your hand

Again a sliding mitt has nothing to do with a throw or mph 😂 it’s to prevent jamming/breaking fingers when sliding back to bases. Drop 5 for 11 year olds is heavy. We typically only swing drop 10 or 8s.
