I wanted my hospital bag to be simple, and not overwhelming this time around, so this is everything I've packed for my labor and delivery for baby #4!

Does the hospital and doc even comply to the birth plan? I feel like they’ll just do what’s best which is to follow hospital protocol.

I’m sure it comes down to the hospital and staff so the answer may vary, but I had a doula with me in the hospital and she made sure all of my birth plan was met. 🙂

That bag is adorable! What brand is it? Im hopefully i can find it elsewhere since target dont carry it anymore😢 and sending prayers for a safe and speedy delivery and recovery❤

Well to be honest there’s not much of a story. I had my babe 20 minutes after getting to the hospital 🤣 congrats on baby #6! How blessed you are!

@@SeleenaOtt That definitely sounds like an awesome story!! That is my hope- to get there at the last minute. I would do homebirth if I could but 4/5 of my deliveries had complications. I’ve also never gone into labor on my own. Hoping for a different story this time! 🤍

I’m always a little surprised that someone like you wouldn’t choose to have a baby at home! Of course you might have completely valid reasons for not wanting that but it seems like it would align with your values and lifestyle so beautifully✨ regardless of where you give birth, I hope it goes well for you and baby and that you get to have the experience you have been hoping and praying for🤍

Totally!! Home birth is so so beautiful, and I’ve always desired to have one, but unfortunately I have hemorrhaged with two of my births. But I’m so thankful to have a great midwife team in the hospital to give me that “homebirth” feel 🤎🤎
