This video really proves that lighting can make a difference. Before the revelation, it all looked fake to me because the gold seemed to have a more orangy hue rather than yellow. the 14k looks pretty rich in color for 14 k. never buy the fake stuff for fear of having alloys of toxic metals like lead (which is toxic to all humans). There's no such thing as pure gold jewellery. All "pure gold" jewellery is mixed with other metals, it's just the chances of having toxic elements in "pure gold" jewellery is far less.

I have a question , i have a gold chain that i got sold it was supposedly 10k , i took to get it tested and they said it was fake cause it had a slight attraction to the magnet bit very slight , can it be gold plated ?
maybe, i dont know, your jewler can be wrong if its 10K that's not a wise way to test, you would have to try the solution test to really get a real answer
Could be the spring if it has a lopster clasp, all lobster clasps have a spring inside and that could be attracting the magnet Even solid pieced with a lobster clasp got a metal spring inside the lobster clasp
I think they’re all gold plated why? Well you never showed the 14k gold stamp on the “real pieces” of jewelry you’ve shown. And me knowing what real 14k solid gold looks, it will always have that stamp and have a much richer gold tone to it rather then it looking almost like it’s 24k. It could be the lighting but I’m not convinced any of those pieces are solid gold.
wish you would stop moving it around so much, a lot of times a good way to tell is by looking at how it's made and what kind of a clasp it has. You moved it so much I could not see those things. also out of focus a lot.
There's a lady that follows me on Instagram and She Has a Jewelry shop But the reason I won't buy anything on their website is because to me Gold Plated is is fake and gold is real.. Not to mention the fact that they charge $80+ for a piece of gold plated jewelry which is quite a bit to me, I could get a real 14 k gold bracelet or chain or even a pair of earrings for less than that
A very simple test to find out if your gold is real or fake take some ginger and put it in a cup and leave it in the finger for fifteen minutes it have done it to my chains they are both real.the.vinger does not hurt the gold it makes it brighter and you put a fake piece of fake gold in finger it will turn it green yuck there is nothing like real gold mates and real gold is forever and sold like my two chains are up the irons!!!maiden manic🤘🤘🎶🎶🤟🤟⚡⚡🎸🇬🇧🇬🇧

But for a stainless steel pendant just get stainless steel without the gold plated and you don’t have to worry about tarnish or green stains to the neck
