Sindhi Fried Methi Tikki

Ingredients:
-wheat flour 1 kg
-cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
-Salt 2 pinch
-Green Cardamom pow 1/2 tsp
-Poppy Seeds 3 tbsp
-Fennel Seeds 3 tbsp
-Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
-Desi Ghee (melted) 6 tbsp
-Jaggery Water = Jaggery 750 + Water 1 cup
-oil for frying
Recipe in Urdu:
ajza:
-gandum ka aata 1 kg
-darchini powder 1/4 tsp
-namak 2 pinch
-choti alaichi pow 1/2 tsp
-khashkhash 3 tbsp
-sonf 3 tbsp
-Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
-Desi Ghee (melted) 6 tbsp
-gur ki chashni = Jaggery 750 + Water 1 cup
-oil for frying
