Winners will be chosen via the streamlabs cloudbot, so the possible winners will need to be active in the live stream and chat. The participant may enter by using the command (!raffle) in the live chat when the giveaway is started.
Like I said above, participants will be eligible to win (1) regular stream giveaway(start of stream, middle of stream, end of stream, likes). If you get chosen for a 2nd one of these, another participant will be chosen and deemed the winner.
