I explained how wheel offset affects the fitment on a car and how two different wheel specs and still give the fitment and look. I compare 18x9.5 +30 and 18x9.5 +12 Then compare 9.5 +12 width to a 10.5 +22 width for fitment
This video was super helpful when deciding between a 18x9.5 +35 and a 18x8.5 +35 wheel. I was concerned about the poke on the 9.5 wide being too much for my liking but this puts my worries to rest.
@@ProjectPanda13 I'm thinking about going with Enkei TS-10s in gloss black for my g37 sedan. I think the white body color on black wheels will look good.
@@ProjectPanda13 Thank you for the encouragement! I'm just not sure whether I'm super set on getting the gloss black. Maybe the storm gray is the better option
Dope content 🐼 I just got the Zm-23 19x9.5 +5. I’m concerned about the offset though. I haven’t really been able to find much on the fitment or ppl with these specs other than on Z1s Ig which is the same size but +15. What should I take into account especially now that I’m looking for tires?. I have some 245/275 but this is my dilemma. I also have a set of 245/40 squared. What would you recommend? The wheels are black and they’re going on my black 14 G/Q60s coupe.
I appreciate you checking out my video and channel. For your 19x9.5 +5, this has the a very similar fitment as 19x10.5 +22, only 4mm less aggressive for your 9.5 +5. It’ll still poke some on your rear, going with a 245/40 will give you more clearance. If you do the 275/35 in the rear, you may need to camber a little, raise the car, or pull the fender a little for clearance.
I appreciate you and what you do bro🙏🏽 I don’t mind the poke I actually want an aggressive fitment with some poke but slammed just low enough to close the gaps and make it look nice and clean you know. lol Should I be worried about the 12mm positive scrub radius?
@@wrkls_ , I’m not too well versed in determining optimum scrub radius for our car. I haven’t felt any negative affects of my 19x10.5 +22 275/35 and this has a +24mm scrub radius.
A 18x10.5 +0 is very aggressive . Those wheel will poke out almost an inch more than the setup in my 19x10.5 +22 video. To run the 18x10.5 +0, you definitely need stretched tires and lots of negative camber. Or a mix with fender pulling.
