@Burndown; Dane Paul is seems clear from the process You show and describe in this recording You did not view the video which was in my previous comments that show precisely how to measure, determine, fabricate the wheel tubs for this vehicle. A. The dimensions,, shape of the space required need to include the full deflections, expansion of the suspension during racing and other driving uses. B. It is still worthwhile to view that video and follow accordingly, thus have a properly useful, functional wheel tubs for Your racing car. You still have the materials, time and effort available, accessible and energy to achieve the proper results, fabricate, install, make the necessary adjustments, corrections, modifications. C. Clearly those pieces of the frame which are basically parallel to the side panels which were cut, now have a edge which is in the middle of the tire, need to be removed, since when the vehicle squats due to the launch or during other driving, the tires will touch them and will be severely damaged, cut. Also other additional space is needed too. D. As You well know sooner is better than later, and proper pre-planning, planning achieves the best results. Else, what happens is lack with proper functionality, problems, issues, then rework unnecessarily, which can be accomplished properly initially. E. This is within the same principle of the 'P's' = Proper Planning, Preparation, results in Proper Performance or Piss Poor. All The Best Sincerely
