I have a BaJa Wrangler 2 all terrain mobility scooter and was thinking about purchasing this from Harbor Freight but I’m uncomfortable just thinking about if this is safe enough or not??? If it can handle 500 lbs easily then it should do just fine., my scooter is said to be 395 lbs

can it go on and come off of the car easily ? or is it permanently placed on the car..
