What a cool build this one was. Completed all right here in house for a fantastic smooth transaction. www.911rapidresponse.com www.markitgraphics.com www.vengeantapparatus.com
Cobra Command I believe it has to do with the wireless mics. Wired lavs are the choice to go when there is things such as radios that can cause interference
Not really a fire guy, but this is an absolutely stunning package, the integration with Core, the bed cap with the slide out, the graphics Great work again, love seeing your guy’s builds!
You really have done an awesome job on this! I have absolutely no doubt that the Rheems Fire Company is going to be happy that they came to your Company to have this new vehicle ! I always love watching the many vehicles that have been done! Thank you Mark!
The build overall is very nice. The only reservation I have on it is that arrow stick activation with the door open. There are way too many times that you're going to have that door open that you do not want traffic going that way. And it being automatic while at first thought seems like a good idea just in realities something that's going to be a problem.
This was a neat build for sure. I really like, how you tidy up all the cables in one spot, organising everything so it looks neat and tidy like that. It was an impressive amount of gear you managed to stuff in the truck for sure and this has to be one of my favorites, considering how tidy and well functioning everything is. As a non-American I gotta ask: Why does the fire department have red/white, instead of red/white/blue, blue/white? Is there a difference between EMS, fire and police? In Europe there's no difference and all the emergency vehicles uses blue lights. Some might have blue/white and the occasional traffic advisor, but nothing more. In general, your equipment is so totally different, and you guys got a lot more practical and neat built-in-features, that we don't have in Europe. Norway, Sweden and many other European and Scandinavian countries, equip their firetrucks like the pumps, ladders and engines with a light tower and some scene light on the side, but you will never see the feature of steady burn and all white here, as far as I know. In Austria and other countries, Rosenbauer has equipped some trucks with additional spotlights at the front and rear on customer request, but that's super rare, unless you're talking about industrial firefighter trucks. It seems like Europe make due, with the minimal required lights and go with what they've always done, while you guys think ahead.
VERY nice build. The lighting setup is great and the graphics are well done 👍 however is there a reason the customer opted for the rear traffic advisor to change direction when the door opens? Kind of weird but very cool what you can do with cencom and carbide
From what I could tell, that's what they're saying. At least for this build. I've seen a lot of videos from 911 where they use carbide and never heard about core until now.
Beautiful looking at White package and center package. Really cool new. Did have one question, weed or activated it traffic advisor what was the reasoning behind it?
That's because it's not a true arrow stick. It's supposed to tell you to merge over because someone is getting out of the vehicle but it does not look like the arrows they use on fire trucks, ambulances and highway vehicles. It's just a sequential light which most drivers will not understand.
We have played around with many systems made by various manufacturers and the quality of Whelen is just bare none. We have little to no returns with the products. We been down the road of product failure and customers upset we surely will never risk that choice again.
Shoot me any questions you have about SoundOff Signal bluePRINT. Hands down the best on the market! I will not build anything but SoundOff because of the better quality and functionality. Core can't touch bluePRINT and with the new software about to release it will stand above all even higher.
Although this may not be the exact iPad dock it will bring you to the Havis list of products for iPad. www.havis.com/catalog/Apple_iPad_Pro_10_5_inch-51314-1.html
It’s nice for sure except expensive and completely unnecessary - no regulatory requirement for such jewelry on a public vehicle. Wonder if this jazz would be purchased if it was ‘your’ money
