went to this vortex today because why not. it wasn't the loudest one i've heard, but it definitely shook the ground somehow. during the air horn portion and after the test you can hear that the downtown OA4 is still being a retard.
Clinton County, Ohio tests their sirens every first Saturday of the month at 12pm. Whelens do Alert, Air Horn and Hi-Lo, while the mechanicals do three one minute alerts.
