Too bad she didn’t find a house without tenants. These creeps will probably ask for cash for keys to leave. Disgusting. The house is going to be a wreck when she finally gets to move in. I feel so sad for the buyer 😔
Million dollar question- why did she not pay a little to home inspection and condition on the purchase agreement. This could have been totally avoided if she could have taken those steps
Canada is an absolute mess no one will invest in this real estate market. All these policies will cause less for tenants to rent at affordable prices. Time to get rid of Justin Trudeau and his Liberal/NDP government.
