Remember that when dogs and cats live in the same space, it's REALLY important for kitty to be able to traverse the space without having to interact with the dogs. This is best accomplished with lots of shelves and clear raised surfaces to give the cat a space they can reach that the dogs cannot, aka The Kitty Highway. This will allow your cat to observe your dogs at a safe distance and learn their body language, leading to less misunderstandings between your animals that may lead to fear, stress, and aggression 💚

Huskeys have a very strong prey drive, I left my cat alone without locking him up in a closed door room, with my new husky after monitoring for months and went to the grocery store.. came home with cat pee all over the kitchen floor. My huskey had grabbed my cat in its mouth by the back towards the hind legs, and had shook him, my cat could not walk. Broke his back. Went to a 24 hour vet. Had to put my poor Smokey the cat down. Watch out. Never leave a cat alone with a young husky.

I was confused because I’m pretty sure gohan met a cat for the first time like 5 years ago but than I realized it was Kai that was meeting a cat

i probably don't know anything but being in a house with 2 huskies and an orange cat sounds like the life i want to live. i like the idea but it's probably not the smartest for me. lol
