Yikes! It's all good tho. Win some lose some. Nasir is a bucket but we definitely need this one back ‼️ A few things we need to address.. I HATED the facts that we went to 5 here all 1s. It made the 1v1 feel really short, however Nasir was killing it. NAS is a Pro and Scar is entering his freshman year of college. ZERO EXCUSES because he did get dropped off.. Scar didn't get the ball much and also didn't capitalize when we did get it. LET me know what you guys think though, because truthfully, I'm bias. That isn't taking from Nasir's game though. I realize that the difference between Scar and a lot of the guards he’s lost to is height and over reliance on getting downhill. He’s a bit undersized for his position at the D1/Pro Level so w/ the lack of a consistent jump shot his game is a bit one dimensional right now. It’s very similar to the issues Briscoe had at Kentucky when it came to his shot making ability. He’s super talented so sometimes his craftiness/flash masks his flaws but you can really see it if you pay attention to his offensive tendencies. He gotta start using his bag to get into some middies and tres! Wishing younging the best! He repping the city correctly right now! #Philly

I like Scars game a lot but he needs to change it up some on offense and not just downhill drives. Mix in some pull-up and maybe post game with downhill drive. Improvement on his shot is a must if he wants to be all around player on offense

For sure, but I also think this was a tuff matchup for him, he wouldn’t finish around the rim as easy with Nasir being bigger and more physical. He has to take what the defense gives him more consistently.

I think Scar needed to up the intensity. He got more physical as he realized what was happening but there’s a difference between being intense and physical. When you lock into intensity, your lateral movements feel like hops and you beat him to his spots. He should’ve focused on being two steps ahead so he can better contest his shots bc that boi just wasn’t missing. I think defense was the missing key in this one. Could’ve just been a good day for Nas also bc ain’t no way his jumper is like that every time he hops on the floor.

Magnificent. What a complete dismemberment of another high level hooper. He won 10-1 and only missed ONE shot.. and that shot was a 1 legged 3 that wasn't even necessary. Looked sloppy... complete throw a away possession 😂 I never replayed a game winner this much. Hes strong with touch. The size difference COULD be too much to over come rematch. Luckily though scar doesn't beleive that.

Scar has to work on being more aggressive defensively and more energetic on the court overall, sometimes he plays a lil too sluggish and it costs him. Tough L but hes a dog. Keep working Scar 💯💯
