The HSLC result 2020 of NBSE was dented as usual with 34 schools producing zero/nil result, out of which 30 were government schools. Government schools continue to remain below 50% pass percentage but it has also seen considerable improvement in the last four years increasing from as low as 32.81% in 2016. Whose fault is it??
