This whole thing is nonsense. Anthony is right. What they need is an Estate plan. With a knowledgeable estate attorney, you can get than done in a week. It will include a Will and Trust in which everything is laid out and defined. It doesn't matter what the extended family says. But of course, she's using a different angle to rationalize the real concern which has nothing to do with a death. This has to do with what she's eligible for in the case of a divorce. That's more sticky and state dependent. Anthony came into the marriage with the house. In some states that's not considered community property. Only that which was acquired after the marriage is subject to being split. This is gonna get messy if she keeps listening to Britt. BUT, it will be worth it if/when the truth comes out and if/when they divorce because of it.

I'm a married woman. There's absolutely no way I'm ok with my husband having a house under his LLC and I'm not on the deed or title. Maybe she should ask him to change the paperwork instead of asking for another house. But he would still say no.
