Thank you! We might leave it over winter. But the tomatoes will cover the whole thing, so another vine would compete with them. Also, we don't have very many native evergreen vine in our region, so it would still look pretty empty in the winter time. We'll see what happens and do a follow up video or short later this year! ~Amanda
There's ways for water to escape, plus the finish is hydrophobic which keeps the water from just sitting on the wood. Eventually time will win as it does with everything outside, but it should hold up for years of use 🙂 ~Amanda
