Imagine you’re a cop, and you are so terrified of 2 men on a sidewalk, that you need to shackle their arms behind their backs. Cowardice is trained into them at the academy, and this is the result of it.

Well, you edited out all the beginning of the video which shows a group 4/5 people some masked, fake beards and dark glasses literally stalking several banks , putting their cameras right up against the window to avoid sun-glare and reflection, filming customers entering and leaving, filming customers as they walk to their vhicles, filming security mesures behind the bank for parking of official vehicles etc ,,, ABSOLUTELY concerning the employees, that is what they want , they deliberately purposfuly target banks, schools, post offices, health departments, etc , all sensitive places where security and safety of employees and customers is a potential risk , so YES, they gonna call the police , they want it, they provoked it ,,,, and that is RAS = reasonnable articulable suspicion thet someone has committed a crime , is committing a crime or will be committing a crime ,,,,,, the police had every right to detain and get their names ,,,,,, try learning the law and definition and stop defending these criminals , lazy jobless ex-convicts and criminals on probation with mandatory random drug tests,,,,,,,

What security measures were filmed? Aren’t windows by their very design, to be looked through? What the hell makes a place “ Sensitive” ? Are you aware that some people wear masks because they are sickly, and need to protect themselves?

The first clip is an extreemly short, well edited part of a longer video of 4/5 disguise wearing thugs, wandering around several diferent buildings, recording the secure parking behind a bank where money would be picked up and dropped off ....., putting camea against the window and filming inside ,,,,, extreemly concerning for a masked person to do this at a bank ,,,,,, ""ooh, If I was casing the bank for a future crime I wouldn't film in broad daylight "" ,,,, yeah really , then take off you disguise and give your ID to police ....
