My female budgies attacks male. but after some time they both will be together

i'm might try and breed my budgies because i'm going to move to a small town with no bird shop but i can online shop for bird toys and food but not birds

My male budgie and female both are ready to breed they feed each other and preen but sadly i had to separate the because the female got mites.And then i reunited them but the female sunny she and the other male both were together because they both had mites now she is not doing the same as before and is not making the pair if she did not had mites the would lay eggs but now i don't know what to do😣

Hello so i have a problem i think, so my male budgie wants to mate with my female because at like 3p.m. he gets all fluffed up like in the video and i caught him getting on-top of my female, my female doesn’t want to mate though. And i don’t want them to breed either how can i stop this behaviour from my male budgie?

They do all this but won't mate
