Most definitely. I started with seated exercises because I haven't weighed myself yet, but I believe I am 450 pounds from the last time I was weighed when I saw the doctor a few months ago. But it helps me a lot because some of them are full body workouts. I use a variety of these videos to get the fun started. I pray the best for you on your healthy journey.

When you spend time with people with similar vocal registers, especially as a vocal performer (Perry is a voice actor which enables him to portray different characters), you tend to pick up on each other's vocal patterns and cadences. For example, Beyonce (Virgo) and Kelly (Aquarius) sound alike when they speak. Whitney (Leo) and CeCe (Libra) sound alike when they sing. But be damn sure that Whitney (Leo) and Jennifer Lopez (Leo) aren't sounding ANYTHING alike speaking OR singing!🤣🤣🤣

That may be true larger people typically have a different sound and better resonance. That’s what made what Whitney so phenomenal she was small framed with the vocal control of a 300lb opera singer.

The whole thing behind having a "big voice" is, one, genetics that allow your vocal chords to bang in a certain melodious way and, two, breath control. That comes with routine practice and building of stamina. You get a 300lbs woman who hasn't sang in 4 years, she'd be struggling to belt out a big husky voice due to low stamina.
