When you have very low body fat percentage its dangerous BECAUSE your body will eat muscle for fuel if you don't eat enough calories (fat/carbs) You body can't distinguish between arm muscles and heart muscles. Hence why dude died.
Hey Browney, you and Arjen (and probably Jorg also) should do David Goggins' 100 mile run Rest is allowed of course because i don't want to see any of you die from this challenge. But it must be done continuously, so you don't have rest by doing 1 mile this day and another mile the next day
Bro I won second place in a 50km marathon once (apx 31 miles) and I was on a wheel chair for the next 2.5 weeks or something lmao and I was professionally swimming at that point so I can't even begin to imagine how exhausting a 100-miles would be
I have a decent chest back shoulders and triceps, from calisthenics and my goal was to get abs and keep lean cause I play volleyball and I'm 14, I lost 4kg so far. I've been eating more protein, taking cold showers and sleeping more to maximize calorie burning, I just want to thank all the fitness RU-vidrs as my motivation including you two, so thank you, abs in 1 week? I know I'm a little late. But I heard a story from a cop friend of mine. That his partner shot this guy twice in the Chest. The guy did steroids and was In such a rage that the bullets did not penetrate into the guy's body. They were stuck in his muscles. He got taste four times. Each time he kept getting matter and matter at the cop. Later on when they brought him to the hospital and he calmed down. He said he didn't even remember cops being there. He remembered his wife just left him and took everything from him. And yes they pulled the two bullets out of the guy's chest.
