When it comes to that situation, they should have left the cuffs on her and took her to a cell. She's one of those, You can't tell ME what to do..Cops. Several hours in a jail cell and have to post bail would have taught her that she is still just a civilian when it comes down to it. SHE SHE BE FIRED AND STILL ARRESTED FOR HER INTERFERENCE WITH THE INVESTIGATION.

She is not a Law Enforcement Officer, she only works for the metro system. She some how thought she can now act like an officer. She is lucky they didn't arrest her and take her to jail, she just kept running her mouth.

Even if someone is on the crime scene if it's taped up and tehy didn't see it you have to ask them to move back from it but you DO NOT touch anybody minus a crime. So no she cannot be arrested for interference as it is a physical act and she is clearly just annoyinh but it's not illegal. Touching somebody because "they're on a crime scene" does not justify it. it violates the 4th amendment agaisnt seizures. Several hours in jail would have made her win a lawsuit for false imprisonment and kidnapping under color of law. No crime no cuffs. remember that morons.
