It was absolutely perfect . After saving her and falling in the hay and no kiss thought it would not happen. But it happened even better . Perfect talk . I’m in love with you . I’ve never stopped loving you . The two kisses were perfect . Just perfect . Sweet and so loving . Best place it could happen but it was Nathan when he came to her and said Elizabeth what do you want ? She knew then she did not want to marry Lucas . He had her thinking . You could see he did not want her to move away . I think she knew then . It looked like they were getting married in episode 12 but probably not. How long do you have to wait for it to come back again ?

Yeah it needed the apology. She really did hurt him taking that other relationship so far. Getting engaged to another man for safety & comfort in order to protect herself from getting hurt. Yet she was only hurting herself and Nathan because they were in love with each other!

I truly hope it is not Jack returning. It is Nathan for me now.

The writers are beyond brilliant so they won't mess up this beautiful, long awaited relationship. If I had to guess, with the whole saga with Lucas resolved it won't be him. Going all the way back to what Henry did killing the workers I think he's going to get involved in the resort more, but pay a high price. The finale involves Mike and Mai's wedding so I don't think the "cliff hanger' will have anything to do with relationships.

​@@LucyRosinina-ek2mi He knew Bill was up there taking care of the guy on the balcony. Plus the whole team of mounties were in town. Nathan knew things were taken care of. They weren't in the hay that long. It was kind of a moment of is this really happening! I'm sure Nathan got up and checked on what was going on. They can't show every detail. They choose what they think is important for us to see.

I agree - their comments have been repulsive and juvenile. The saddest thing is that the majority of haters are actually senior women posting insults as they’re totally infatuated with CM. They have numerous accounts to make it look like they are a majority which they are not. These women are grandmothers! What kind of example are they to their families?

Yes! These are actors who are talented and done great as their roles demands! Tho am traditional and rooted for Mountie & Teacher as book personified I am very proud that Lucas still has the heart for HV and only want best for community as well as Elizabeth! Love all the other characters too! Bill, the Canfields and children in school, Florence, Faith, Hickam, Mei, its wholsesome family show for all! A lil action for the bad ones, Lucas past makes it very intriguing and not just about happy ever after life in a community known for 2nd chances, honesty, friendship, loyalty, supporting each other, redemption & forgiveness ❤️ ..and romance ! !!why WCTH will be a family favorite show. This is a show, no personalized criticism, and No Team pitting against each other please. Let's enjoy and be happy for the cast and crew - for us, to be kind and appreciate day to day as a blessing! IMO, life is not always what we like, that's what WCTH really is all about! Janette Oke and writer's author of this story, is one to admire. Am not TV watcher but this show got me through Covid. I am a busy senior but enjoys wholesome shows, i.e., WCTH. Wish all Hearties fans love, peace and joy 😍🩷💕

I have 2 scenarios for cliffhangers-either Jack returns (was never dead) which to me would be too soap opera(ish) at this point OR Nathan gets transferred.

@@patriciak5702you wish. Mike and Mei will get married. Nathan and Elizabeth will continue grow and nurture each other and their bond will eventually lead to an engagement and ultimately marriage. Jack is not coming back to WCTH and the story is about a Teacher and a Mountie.

@@jackiechristian1600 maybe I should have been more clear. I did not see Jack’s return as a desired thing. It had been insinuated that whatever happens will be something Nathan and Elizabeth will need to work through if they can. Thus, my 2 scenarios of what could happen that means some trouble for the couple and then we have to wait until S12 to see the resolution. I loved Jack and was devastated for Elizabeth when he died. Their love was beautiful. However, Elizabeth has grown and matured and fallen in love with a remarkable man. I now would not want Jack to return at this point.

I could not disagree more. The kiss with Lucas and Elizabeth was like they were in heat. So out of character for that time. The kiss with Nathan and Elizabeth was tender, but passionate. Like two people in love. Not in lust.

I am beginning to think that some of Lucas’s fans just come on to gaslight Nathan’s fans when they are enjoying the moment. 😢

Chris could not have been blindsided because he know Elizabeth had feeling for Nathan and still pursued her anyway. Even his mother, heck the whole town knew. Even their kids knew. He thought he could win her love and you can’t buy love. That is why he said he wants her in his life as a friend than not at all. I am not one of Nathans fan who would be nasty to Chris. No one needs to be nasty to anyone, this is a show with people acting out real life scenarios.

Don't think so, this new role for Chris makes sense to me. It's a much bigger and more challenging role for Chris. Im excited, for the first time, to see what Lucas does next. I'm starting to like Lucas.

@@LucyRosinina-ek2mi lucas finally has a role that suits him perfectly, and he now shows he can act, and he will have many storylines to keep that role going for a long time, he did nothing when he was with elizabeth, had nothing for himself as an actor, and looked boring and was just her love life interest,

Oh for goodness sake. Why would Chris want to leave the show. Hallmark has given him a role that he can shine in and he certainly has accomplished that. I think you and all Team Lucas fans are desperate to find fault no matter what they do. Try to look on the positive side of things for a change. I am sure Lucas will find his great love perhaps as early as Season 12.

Completely disagree. The detour with Lucas was a disaster and almost ended the show. Lindsay and her writers along with Alfonso Moreno as consultant were hired to save the sinking ship. And what an incredible job they’ve done so far.

@@ALogan15 with all due respect being with another Mountie is like her be8n* a groupie, this happens in the music industry as well. They need to go deeper if not Lucas but Lucas at least gave it a different story line than the exact same one as Jack. Oh well it is what it is.

@@rosegraham7045 Now your comments make no sense. The only thing Nathan has in common with Jack is his profession. Both honorable men in love with and loved by Elizabeth but that’s where it stops. So you basically define law enforcement officers as clones? That’s disturbingly messed up. As far as the show goes, Lindsay and her writers are making sure they aren’t duplicating any stories E had with J or L. Nathan and Elizabeth will have their own unique love story.
