This cake is what dreams are made of!!
I legit had to stop myself from finishing the entire tin, because it’s just wow! But it’s obviously not good for your health, so you can’t eat too much 😛

Ingredients-
For the sponge-
Sift these ingredients together
3/4 cup Maida (all purpose flour) - 90g
1/2 cup caster sugar - 100 g
1/2 tsp baking soda
2tbsp Cocoa powder
1/3 tsp salt
Then heat the Wet ingredients -
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp instant coffee
3 tbsp oil - 45ml
1 1/2 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp vanilla
Then combine everything and bake in a preheated oven at 170 c for 25-30 mins!

Sugar syrup-
1.5 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp water

140g dark chocolate
70g cream
.
Hard caramel layer-
1/3 cup sugar
