it IS for the purpose of displaying FAN-MADE PRODUCTS after all. It will be damn contradicting to be like: "oh hey, we are making this fan appreciation ben ten thingy on CN, you wanna lend us your vid so we can SUE you later on for having fun as a kid and enjoying our show?" Hmmm, i wonder why CN didnt sue him, strange indeed
lol i think some of u in the comments r missing the point,,, emphasis on 11!! year old,,, and NO tutorials or any sort of thing like that to influence the quality of ur work (references, tips, etc.) plus this was in a different time where technology was not the same as today
@@aswadsheikh8051 wabbit season got flagged by WB studios, who owns Looney toons. The premise of the video is basically bugs bunny tries to rape Elmer fudd. They flagged it and technically that means they claim it. So TECHNICALLY bugs bunny is officially a rapist. It's canon.
Oh So You Watch Kuro....(I Mean Why Not Right??😁😁😁) Dude Sorry For Being Mean To You In The Comment Section In Your Vids (I Have 2 Phoned 1 Laptop And A Computer) All Are Named GanTz:0 Anyways I Just Want You To Stop Clickbaiting Us And I Know Its Not Just Me..........I Mean Kuro Likes The Reboot And Your Channel Is Literally Dedicated To Upload Things About The Reboot, You Can Make Countless Vids Without Clickbaiting What About Recaps, Theories, Facts And MORE!!! So........Were Cool??
Smh you missed out on the old Ben 10 If you like the old one. I still remember the exact day the first episode ever came out as well as the first Ben 10 alien force. They were sooo good, I thought I'd like it forever but eventually i grew up and stopped watching after Ben 10 omniverse and now it's gone to crap.
@@Mohamadtheman if you are talking about the reboot, then you are a clown, but if you are talking about prime verse, then let me explain: not really, kevin is sorta alien, giving him access to that race's power, aka absorbing a material/energy to use it, with the bad side being: get too much power, and you will go power mad. While albedo is litteraly a mirrorred ben, Omnitrix: check Looks like ben but in reverse colors: check Evil: check.
@@Delta143real I watched ben 10 too I know all of that 🤦🏻♂️ I meant that albedo could be inspired by Kevin because of that episode where kevin was able to transform to aliens just like ben so in that way kevin is the original albedo ( has ben’s powers but he’s a villain) type of a character So don’t try explaining to me ben 10 lore when you didn’t even think about my comment
You didn't just predict Albedo, that time portal was a prediction of the episode Paradox. You predicted Alien Force basically. I think I remember watching this a few years back.
Cartoon Network: Asks to use animation Young lad: Agrees Cartoon Network: Only uses 3 seconds of said animation and rips-off a character/idea from the animation
Why are we pretending like the evil copy trope hasn’t been done a million times before? Literally almost every comic book super hero has an evil version with the same exact abilities...
>kid works butt off to make an animation >kid shows his work to a lot of people on his own >kid gets promised the animation will be shown to even more people if he gives them it to a corporation >animation is shown with most of the content cut to no more benefit than the kid putting it out himself Good to see the process of internet animation being brought to the main stream hasn't changed.
@@TinyMafioso Well, a lot of programs do, albeit they all work a little differently (and also better) than MS Paint. For example, there's FireAlpaca, where you can adjust the line as many times you want, and not just 2 times. And if you're willing to pay for a program (or know how to crack things), I'm pretty sure Adobe Illustrator has it as well (don't quote me on this one since I never used it myself, only helped my cousin use it once). (I hope this wasn't a rhetorical question or a joke, because if it was, then I just wrote a bunch of text for nothing)
Same. I was really curious as to what happened to the video and I have asked for help with searching it up but I was surprised to found out it was made by Kuro himself.
Awesome video and really interesting story. Not everyone can say their animation aired on Cartoon Network, even if it was for mere seconds. Congrats on 100,000 subscribers man!
@Lapis Lazuli [Hydrokinesis Gem] hey dumbasses he's not a pedo he's making a remark how cute he was and did you think maybe he's a girl I've had sisters that have done that
@Eli Boggs and he's probably making a remark being kind of like my grandmother or my sisters do he look cute he's almost kiss bowl or something you know like pinch your cheeks or something that's not a paddle thing you need to think before you act and say something when you don't know the other person behind that screen trust me I don't think he's a pedo and if it's a he or she Plus you don't know anything
That's because it is a classic. If the Ben 10 franchise didn't exist, then my young self wouldn't have been introduced to the wonderful world of Cartoon Network.
Dude, I used to spend my time playing Ben 10 flash games and watching RU-vid and stuff, and I saw your animation. I can’t believe you’re the one who made it, that’s awesome.
I remember being a little kid when "Marshmallow Madness" came out. Eventually the series became Madness Combat and I literally waited throughout a huge portion of my childhood to see the ending of the series. Every time a new entry was released I binged the entire series! So much nostalgia!
Holy shit, I remember this. I remember seeing it in 2009 or about 2010 and this animation amazed me. I was inspired and I decided to start using MS in 2018 for projects. How did I get 1.1k likes?
The scary boomer E Frankly, I’m just here trying to relive the time when I was 8-9 years old on my blocky, white computer that ran Windows XP, my Ben 10-addicted self scouring on RU-vid for Ben 10-related stuff. But uh, don’t really remember asking your opinion on the matter in those memories...
Daniel Peterson well really I don’t remember anyone asking you for your comment either. You could say the same to my reply. It’s irrelevant if you asked him because he doesn’t have to be asked to say something. If people only talked when they were asked it would be one depressing ass world where no one voices their opinion. Anyways
I remember in middle school when a new lil Wayne mixtape would drop and I would go straight to limewire so I can download it on my mp3 quick so I can show off the new songs i got the next day... good ol days 😂
YOOOOO OH SHIT I remember watching your animations as a kid and recently I was trying to find them again but I didn't know out of all people you made them so funny!
Everyone: they ripped him off and stole his ideas and stuff He made an animation he was passionate about. They recognized that and wanted to show their appreciation. He got his thing shown on a special, though not long he still got his animation recognized, something that would inspire his future career. Don’t say it was corporate business ripping him off, he didn’t pay anything to do this. He was just passionate and got the recognition it deserved.
They actually used ur art in so many episodes where bad ben ten trys to get the omnitrics and ben gos back to past ben who gets his omnitricis right now and switches it
BRUHHHH WTF BACK WHEN I WAS LIKE 8 I WAS AMAZED WHEN I CAME ACROSS THAT ANIMATION ON RU-vid. THERE WAS A POINT WHEN I WANTED TO FIND OUT THE ORIGINAL ANIMATOR BUT I COULD’NT REMEMBER THE TITLE OF THE VIDEO. TO THINK THAT IT WAS YOU THE WHOLE TIME BLOWS MY MIND
OMG that was amazing! I actually had a similar experience when Cartoon Network aired a Scratch (programming website for kids) project I'd made for like two seconds right at the end of a bumper. Unfortunately, I never got to see it, because I live in Brazil and the Scratch bumpers never got here. :(
I made a Scratch Ben 10 game when I was younger. Unfortunately, I lost the project file. It featured young Ben waking up and being yelled at by his "brother" who also happens to be his nemesis later on. Ben strolls out of the house, only to find a huge hole in his backyard. He enters and finds THE morph watch and continues to move along the tunnel. Then I made the game throw robotic enemies at Ben, where he escapes by flying into a pipe maze that leads him out of the tunnel as a fly. Later he finds the "brother" who mutates into a beast Resident Evil style and they have one final epic battle. He drops a scroll and Ben picks it up. He can now morph into more MS-Paint drawn creatures, until the world nukes itself and the game ends because I ran out of ideas. Pretty fucking dank. I wish I could've handed in my project to Cartoon Network. It had walking and death animations, dialogue, levels, effects and a story (kinda).
@@polyblank2301 I never gave them the project. They just took it and put it in. They gave credit. But it's not like I wasn't gonna give it if they asked anyway.
4:06 we’ve been dealing with another Ben. Yep that’s right, I predicted Albedo, I made him up, alien force was ripping off of my work, start paying up my royalties warner brothers. HE MADE ALBEDO PEOPLE!!!!
Do you realize that "Timeline alteration" storyline in your short could be used as the major plot for the upcoming "Endgame"... I gotta say, you had some pretty good imagination for a little kid... 👍🏻
I love how all of us animators, despite not knowing each other at the time of getting into the industry, all come up with the exact same way to get into it--MS Paint and Windows Movie Maker. XD
Kuro, I didn't know you until this exact moment, but I just wanna say thanks, I was a tiny nerd from Argentina at the age of ten or around, and I cannot express how much I used to LOVE your videos, finding this and re-watching them it's super nostalgic and It has made my day. Thank you, for real, I hope you have an amazing life.
I remember watching your animation years ago and I loved it!... who new they’d basically steal your entire idea. Let’s rally up! Give this guy his MONEY!!
You guys think Cartoon Network or Nickelodeon would ever consider turning 5 Years Later into a series or some sort of special? It’d be dope to see it animated.
@@TheNavigator4552 Why the hell would Nick do that? Doesn't Cartoon Network have some rights to Ben 10? Also, I feel like they're more connected to Man of Action than Nick, soo... If somebody was gonna do it, I predict it would be CN
Sadly, I was too young to indulge into RU-vid when everything was fair game. I’d do anything to experience the world of cheesy machinimas and bad song covers...
God, I miss the old YT sometimes (back when no ads existed b4 videos and when it was completely creator driven). Your animation aired on CN? Wow, that's a very cool experience and you did a good job with animating Ben 10 in your story!
So you basically predicted an actual part of the show by complete accident as a kid, and they only used 3 seconds of your animation to advertise the fact that they were taking such submissions. Wow, that sucks . . .
@@magma1675 It was mostly inspired by kevin from the original show remember the episode where he basically had ben’s powers without the omnitrix ? That was albedo before albedo was a thing
Ok let me tell you something about this video there were some clips of fanmade videos that people created youtube was created in 2004 and kuro was problaby a kid when youtube was being made and I saw the clip air on tv also i never said that i saw it on youtube so dont say anything if you dont know.
You make me feel comfortable with the idea of being a fan of something like i was when i was a kid again... i dont know why but the idea of nerding out over a series and making oc art and stories off it has been looked down upon or smack talked so much that i just kinda submitted to the idea that if i did it i'd be hated and made fun of the same way. which im sure i would have been. like most people i fear being laughed at behind my back. so the thought of making fan stories based on the original scared me to death after i saw how mean people could be to kids having fun.. I miss old youtube though and i never got a shot at experiencing it as a creator, i wish so much that i could but maybe it's better i couldn't because then i would only miss it more.. maybe we can all find the roots of it again and break through the corporate part of youtube somehow.. i understand why it is the way it is and i appreciate youtube as it is now but if there were a way to have a section of the website for ANYONE to make it big that's be fun.. like the kids section in a restaurant but a playground for creators. I think the thing that makes me the most upset about youtube(other than when they hurt creators with dumb obvious stuff like currently copyright issues.) is that amazing topics and ideas cant flourish because it isnt 10 minutes long so a creator cant make a small animation and have it get recommended like other content.. You cant make a fast skit.. it's stifling.
