I don't know y all dispatcher don't know the Constitution, so when people call in, they will be able to tell them that if they're in a public area and filming, they ARE allowed to do that, that would make things a whole lot easier if these dispatchers would get it together and do the job correctly or get more training

I say that everytime i watch one of these video's like why dont dispatcher ever ask them questions or tell them what they doing is legal it dont make sense to me.

@@waltergreen860 Huh…I didn’t realize these were monetized. Actually I will admit that I assumed that they couldn’t be. My personal opinion being that these reaction videos require almost no effort and people shouldn’t be able to profit off of other people’s hard work. Obviously RU-vid disagrees with me but that just the way I see it.
