And now the sequel! This time fully-featured, instead of just a small segment.
Some of you might remember the first iteration of this video ( • When Drunk People Oper... ), and I made a small mention that there was another tape in my collection exactly like this. Well, for fun, I decided to go ahead and upload the other tape like this, and instead of only going part of the way, I thought I'd go all the way and include the entirety of the tape's strangeness. A lot of people seemed to enjoy the original one just because of the whole bizarreness of it and the fact that it accidentally wrote its own comedy, so why not?
In all seriousness, I don't actually think anyone drunk ran the VCR; I assume their VCR malfunctioned when they were trying to record a show. The end result, regardless of what the intention was, is nothing short of silly. Most of the recordings seem to shuffle between KXXV and KWTX, from daytime soaps. There were a few long pieces of uninterrupted TV content so this time I did cut a few pieces out (namely, a long section of nothing but the NBC shopping network and another one that ran a soap opera uninterrupted for quite some time), but for the most part this is presented unedited. Also, who the heck records SHOPPING CHANNELS!?
