sadly the cops are in the wrong here technically (other than her resistance) a low cc bike like that does not need plates if its not being used on the road and she said she was using it on the sidewalk though i do doubt the validity of this statement if she was telling the truth this has the same legal standing as if a cop arrested you for not having plates on a bmx bike

Yup that was like my son‘s dad. I asked him why he got arrested and he said oh it’s because I’m black and come to find out it’s because he was breaking into peoples houses I think did it like five times and got caught with a stolen four wheeler Which there are people who really do go through racism from people cops jobs, whatever it may be but people using it as an excuse for doing illegal stuff and then getting caught by the cops they’re taking away from somebody who is actually experiencing it and that’s why nowadays people don’t really believe when it happens because of peoplelike in the video with the second gal or my sons father I mean there was even video footage of him breaking into like two out of the five houses and then somebody else snitched on him

@@jacob9538 yeah I think it’s a combination of both. There is a clear mistrust for law enforcement in certain neighborhoods. That is absolutely undebatable but if no force was used what so ever then I doubt the guy would’ve came to her defense. I know it’s the neighborhood but it was also the use of force that the guy took issue with. All im saying is that police are suppose to use reasonable force and not excessive force even if the person is guilty or not. Just because she doing something that is not allowed doesn’t give cops free reign to use more force then necessary. That’s what separates America from places like North Korea.

Stealing from your employer is such a no-no... I did that once when I was a teenager. Worked in a grocery store, made minimum wage, I was broke as hell, and was just finishing up a long day at work. The warehouse/storage was downstairs. when I had to fill in the fridge with cans or orange crush, my favourite, I took a 12 pack, opened it up, and filled the fridge with 11 cans. I then threw the box down the empty bottle chute as we always did, and then a few minutes later, I went to clear the chute where there were no cameras, and I picked up the last can there, stuck it in the big pocket of my apron, and Bob's your uncle, perfect crime. Except I felt so bad about it, the next day I got another can and told the cashier to scan it twice because "I took one before heading home yesterday after you closed your register" XD. I just don't have it in me to steal from people. haha
