At 21:23 you didn't mess it up... you didn't quite have the kill and the play was always to cripple the one remaining threat, so single stacking and accepting that outlying territory surviving was the way to go.

23:21 i would attack the black Bot first for like 35 sec and then the pink player cause u have a 60 sec timer and thats mean its could help u with the elimination at the end
