@@Ihopeidontpee - no they are not, and the data is actually there. Quite the opposite. Most are not, and should be recorded in anycase. Always, without exception, as there is no excuse not to record general police behaviour. Hence the data. And also internal reports, of how police is abusing even it's own: from a cases of domestic abuse agains police officers, to sexual harrasments in the workplace. Brutal data there. And if you want to search more, compare the requirements, and education level of police officers in US and EU. And see the difference. How long it actually take to become a police officer, pick any country in EU or Skandinavian ones. See education levels, and in some cases University requirements and degrees. Do the same for US. Pure disaster all the way, including a complete lack of psychological or sociological courses. It's almost like anybody can become a police officer in US, no proper education, no proper psych eval. Just a bullies hiding behind bagdes. Sandy Hook should have been an eye opener of how the police respond, but then Uvalde happened. That is not normal in anyway. Planty of videos about it too.

The amount of people that try to yell "rape" when being arrested is ungodly. Rape is a terrible mental and physical abuse to a victim, and you're throwing it around carelessly trying to get out of being arrested. Disgusting. If threats of violence to an officer are chargeable offenses, blatantly falsifying rape against an officer should be too.
It's never gonna work either. It's not a drunk guy at a bar, it's a cop arresting you with a body camera on. It's just gonna make them less likely to what you have to say. But yeah, the world would be a much better place if people didn't call r*** for situations that aren't worthy of it, because it desensitizes and makes people less likely to take the real situations serious.
Why you said people, when it's clearly WOMEN. Annoys me. It's women that do that vile disgusting behavior. Don't say people and put men in that category. It's disgusting and shifting responsibility..
@@dominicprovenzano7669men do not call rape when ever a female police officer touched them. It's entitled bratty women. Why you're saying " people " are you scared to say women or what ? 🙄
Doc Brown: “is there some issue with the earth’s gravitational field in the future?” after Marty declares something is heavy for like the tenth time. I have paraphrased the genius Doc Brown who of course invented time travel.
I'm speechless her brother died in an accident drunk a few months earlier and now she's repeating the tragedy. She was in the car with him! Wtf!!!! That's complete insanity to me.
@@robhawthorne6892yeah but unfortunately that isn’t good enough to excuse what she did. Not being able to “deal with it” properly could have very well ended up being another tragedy and statistically it’s often the ones that aren’t drunk that end up losing their lives. It’s hard losing family but to do the very thing that cost her her brothers life makes it even worse. Add the fact that she hit a parked car takes it over the edge. Luckily it wasn’t a pedestrian or another driver
When that woman wouldn't stop talking and said "you have to tell me my rights!!" and that cop just said "well, you have the right to remain silent" that got me
Which one do you refer to......non of them stops talkig...... imagine your future, if - someday - you come home to find out, that a sick constantly arguing and talking voman, had moved in next door....🤔🙄🤢💨....yes....your life is over
thats weird because when I count down from 3 the cops usually drop all my charges and I'm absolved of all consequences. strange how that didn't work for her too
She said she would give them one chance. She never said, "no chances left this time, 1, 2, 3," because then it would have been clear. They still think they're on their one chance. She never tapped them out all the way to jail.
The cop who bought the hat and gloves for the homeless girl, after she tried to steal them, but then came clean when he gave her the opportunity to do the right thing, is a shining example of what all police officers should be! It appears that he really is here "...to protect and serve." Someone give that man a substantial pay increase!!!
The funny thing is sometimes people don't see the good deeds. Where I'm at work people get pissed at me when they see me handling a problem person the way we need to. They don't see us helping someone get back into their car after they lock themselves out, the people we give food and water and send on their way, the ones we literally save from dying on the property, the ones we let rest for awhile, etc. Things we're not supposed to do but we do because everyone has a rough time and sometimes that one act can help them get through another day or week.
@shtract2515 It seems to be human nature for most people to gravitate towards stories of other people behaving poorly! Usually because it gives the viewer a sense of moral superiority and self-righteous indignation when watching others behave in a manner that society has deemed unacceptable!
I feel for her, and the cop did a decent thing here, but most cops carry cards with info on the nearest homeless shelter and many will even drive them there or arrange a ride. sad fact is a lot of homeless will not go to the shelters because they can't do drugs there. it's not a very "woke" thing to say, but it is sadly true.
“You’re being detained for suspicion of being under the influence¡” “No I’m not, don’t fukkin touch me” “Shit we made a mistake they’re not drunk they just said so, citizens never lie to us” 😂😂😂😂😂😂
For all the women who falsely claimed rape, you're terrible. The worst kind of women are the ones who can lie about being assaulted. For the real survivors, stay strong. You're not alone, and you can keep healing. Keep going!
One of my friends, who lives in Texas, found a baby in a hot car. The baby was literally days old and she broke the window to save the baby. The cops came at her behest but the parents still pressed charges for the broken window. She won the case because she was saving the babies life.
it is actually perfectly legal to break the window of a vehicle to retrieve a child, no questions asked. I mean, you '''could'' try hunting around for the '''parents''', but in these cases time can be critical. Ive watched a few bodycams of cops ripping doors and breaking through windows to retrieve children. In one case, the child had already thrown up and was sobbing - the cop was FURIOUS. He roared at the parents. The poor kids, I hope they're safe
And that was her legal right....I am not sure about Texas/US law but here illegal actions are justifiable if they are necessary to comply with the law...So for example in my country you have the legal obligation to help someone in need...So let's say someone is injured but they are on private property in my country it is within your right to trespass in order to comply with your legal obligation to help someone
If you ask me, Shawn Malarky is one of the worst. Not only did she resist and bite the officers, but she clearly treats her children as more of an excuse to get out of trouble, rather than treating them as people. It's disgusting, honestly.
The woman who left her kids in the car for over 4 hours should have her kids taken away. She needs to smarten up. It's horrible the way people who are unappreciative and poor parents have them and those who really want don't have them.
I have no sympathy for alcoholics. At all. My dad was an alcoholic and never in my life did i see him act anything like any of these people. Being drunk is no excuse for anything.
Dude. I have a seizure disorder and got pulled over for a burned out headlight. When I handed the deputy my license, insurance and registration, I explained that I was due to take my medication and that flashing lights could trigger a seizure. He was totally cool. They have to have lights on, but they can turn off the flashers on the front. I made sure that the bulb got changed in the morning. No ticket. No drama. People need to behave.
I got pulled over one night cuz one of my tail lights was out and the cops gave me a ticket and impounded my truck, i paid for it to get out that weekend though
@@user-bp2dv3uq5b i'm guessing it also depends on the place you live and its law and regulation about it. plus in most cases it requires you to not have had a seizure for a certain period of time and probably also an ok from a doctor.
Brittany seriously angered me when she used that. The fact that she couldn't keep the amount of time since he passed straight tells me that she's just using him as an excuse. I'm so sorry to hear how you lost your brother 💔💔 What an incredibly unnecessary tragedy for you and your loved ones to go through. Digusting people still act like they do in these clips.
@michellestephens4010 Yep, from what I heard stated, was that her brother was driving intoxicated with her and 2 other people. He lost his life, and I believe they said she was hurt enough to go to the hospital... but I don't think they reported as to what happened with the other passengers. You would think that experience would scare her completely straight edge.
That's what happens when u don't scream and yell and resist. That was a person struggling to live out in the cold, a man who genuinely is trying to do good in that community. I hope they're both doing well as times are hard for most of us these days. It's nice to see a happy outcome and huge shout-out to the channel for including that clip in the video.
@Upgraydez Unfortunately.....I saw some comments here that said she froze to death not too long after this act of kindness. Very heartbreaking to hear.
The real secret is that not only will they let you go but they’ll also deposit three million bucks into your checking account! Only the real good 1-3 Counters know that trick.
And this is one of those things rarely discusses when watching these videos. The actual items being stolen and why. 99% of the time it's crap they just want and don't actually need. Or they're going to try and resell it for cash. And then there's this case. Where in her mind she wasn't stealing out of need, she was stealing out of desperation.
Bro epic comment by a partner 🤣 jus immediately breaking out with the “yall be careful” type phrase like yall prolly gnna need to bring her down like a musk ox in heat bros get ur tasers ready 🤣
The cop that helped out the homeless woman survive the winter is a true kind person. The store didn't even press charges which is amazing. All of them were so kind. The cop deserved being applauded by the entire department.
kind of. that was nice, but he doesn't get it. "9.47 isn't worth getting arrested..." Of course not. But being warm during the winter is 100% worth stealing for.
@@dublinphotoartin most states concealing something on ur person (in a purse in ur pants or jacket pockets etc) is automatically considered stealing cuz ur concealing which is seen as deception which is reasonable assumption of theft so in most states all tht needs to happen is someone witnesses u put something somewhere tht a worker won’t notice it and try to make you pay for it.
Police man: "Your under arrest!" A person: "NO YOU!!!" (She use a uno reverse card which does nothing) The police man: "I'm sorry. What is that suppose to be?"
Hahaha, here in the U.K. I had a few PE teachers like that bint in the 1970s. Put me off all sports for life ….! It seems to be a job that attracts more than a fair share of sociopaths.
The cop that bought the hat and gloves for the homeless girl... HE'S WHAT COPS SHOULD BE!!! But if you've seen as many police misconduct videos as i've seen, you'd have a jaded sense too
OMG! I’m dying of laughter when the blonde chick who drove her car into someone’s house, and the cop is talking to her and she says that she is just there with her dad. The cop says wow your car is crashed into the neighbors house and she answers “that’s hearsay“ LMAO! That’s hilarious!❤
Shawn needs to be put away forever. 3 DUIs with child passengers is crazy. The fact that she still had a driver's license after 2 is nuts. Clearly she refuses to learn her lesson.
The fact she still had her license after 1 is nuts. How is it acceptable? Driving drunk should make you lose your license for life. Driving drunk with children in the car should add mandatory jail time on top of that. These people are commanding a several ton machine while wasted.
Even if this is a small thing, if all cops could recognise the difference between people stealing tvs and people stealing blankets/hats, this world would already be drastically better
Some of these REALLY stray into the, "cops can do no wrong" territory. All the footage of the third lady showed was her with her hazard lights on with protesters standing around her car, then the cops give her ten seconds before smashing her window in and dragging her out? And describing recording the police with your phone and asking why you should have to get out of your car as "extremely entitled" is a pretty dangerous precedent. Also, a normal traffic stop doesn't immediately start with, "get out of the car." "No, why? I did nothing wrong." "Okay, time to shatter your window." That's insane.
Bless the cop that bought those items for that woman. She’s clearly struggling and been pushed to a limit. She doesn’t seem like a bad person just a person in need. And I’m sure this touched her heart, who knows what kind of seed this could have planted. Big claps for the officer
That was far more impressive than Sarah’s pride she had in her ability to count to three. 😂 It was really sweet of cop who got the woman gloves and a hat. I saw a NYCPD officer get a homeless man boots.
I feel like the officer reacting this way was a better wake up call for the woman than jail EVER could have been. "Reach out to us. We have resources and want to help. We don't want every interaction to be bad."
You can insult them all you want. Running is not a good idea usually. Unless you have a psycho cop on your hands, and running is your last best chance. Which scarily, seems to be happening a bunch.
She keeps repeating “one, two, three” - Are those the magic words to invoke her superpowers? Maybe she should have tried “abracadabra” or “expelliarmus” instead. 😂
Okay that clip with the homeless woman ended so sweetly. Makes me sad that people do have to steal sometimes to survive but that cop did a really good thing for her.
I figured that most people have a lawyer. Either through generational wealth or family ties. I don't, but... I just chalk that up to cultural differences.
@saturnargentavis1901 It's strange to think that most people do not have a lawyer. I can spend the next ten hours watching videos of people being arrested, and most of them, by the end of that case, where we find out what their charges are, we see a drastic decline of their charges. Either being dropped, disputed, settled for a smaller severity. It really does pay to have a damn good lawyer.
She was temporarily suspended from her job pending the investigation of her breathalyzer result of 0.079. She got reinstated but, when the video became public, she was fired. Justice.
She's angry that she can't drive drunk, and she has the audacity to say my brother died in a car accident but leaves out the part where her brother was drunk. If she couldn't learn from that, you probably just can't reach her. 😳 She's extremely immature as well
49:54 the small ‘okay’ from the officer makes me feel so bad- he sounds so soft spoken and like such a kind guy. I have so much respect for officers for having to deal with people like this regularly. Also 51:28 “Okey Dokey” LOL I love this officer
"You're violating a traffic violation", geez. They had hazard lights on, so the first thing the cop says is not "what's wrong?" but "get out of the car"?
There are two lessons to take from this: body-cams are a necessity in law enforcement as it CLEARLY shows who is at fault, and if a police officer asks you some questions, best to just answer them honestly. Are there bad eggs out there? Yes, on both sides, but the police are there to uphold the law, so don’t make their lives any harder.
Best thing to do is not say anything until you talk with your lawyer. Even if you didn't do anything. You don't know what kind of cop you got and some try to get something arrestable out of you.
@@woiken3957 from what I’ve seen and learned, you gotta keep quiet and just do what the officer tells you to do. Don’t give them ammunition for anything. So, yes, talk to your lawyer, but DON’T GIVE COPS REASONS TO ARREST YOU!!!!! And now with body-cams, I can’t help but notice that the number of “bad” cops is MUCH lower than people claim.
@@judahcreighton1544 Exactly. Even it's unlawful you shouldn't argue with the person who has a gun. If you just obey you might even be able to sue the department if they broke a rule
@judahcreighton1544 The problem with that logic is that most times the court or even a self investigation will determine the cops were not at fault for an unlawful arrest
Yeah, she was hysterical, but also, especially the summer of 2020, cops in general were doing themselves no favors in terms of "Trust me, bro, I just want you to step out the othe car for a bit" reputation. Of course she was afraid and filming. Definitely a good example of better de-escalation techniques being needed.
@@NotWorthTheTimeI thought she was pretty. Definitely more than a 3. Maybe a 4-5. think Instagram models may have your expectations a little too high. 😂 and everyone is a 10 when they are drunk. 🤣
There are "types" of drunk. Mean drunks, giggly drunks, honest drunks, sleepy drunks, daredevil drunks, drunks who hold their liquor WAY too well for their own good....
The officer who purchased the items for that homeless woman was truly "serving and protecting" his community. He knew she needed those things more than she needed charges brought up on her. Regardless of what she had going on, so many of us could end up cold & homeless so fast. It's absolutely shocking.
