I was praying & seeking God, after another round of cruelty & attack today, & prayed He would provide a Word for me to hear. I always run to God, & find the perfect Word. This could not have been more perfect today, (with part of the attack involving hardly any sleep, extending the struggle over cruelty). God is so good. I need to listen to this sermon a lot. I do choose Jesus' Way--- to be effected by His Spirit & Way, not cruel people.

I let go of every thing that has been said against me and what I have spoken over my own life. I let go of every deed and forgive in Jesus Christ name. I am not stained, my life is not over, I am whole, worthy of all your goodness and blessings and favour, I am a daughter of our Most High Heavenly Father and nothing can snatch me out of His hands.
