The stalker scares me. The girl told him to his face that she doesn’t want anything to do with him, and he doesn’t care. He says he can do what he wants. He’s clearly crazy and dangerous.

Something is definitely wrong with him. He can't seem to grasp the fact that she doesn't want anything to do with him and doesn't want her around her property, not to mention his belief that the laws don't apply to him for some reason. Scary that people like this are everywhere on our streets.
Thank goodness that girl was there in that moment in that second story. I can only imagine what could have happened if everybody just went about their night thinking it had nothing to do with them. With the second guy, I can understand why cops lose it sometimes. Not that it's right but people can only put up with so much from people who act like animals. There's no doubt in my mind that if he'd gotten that girl alone it would have ended much worse than it did.
the very first guy most likely did try to pull this girl into the bathroom. When the film was shot he was awaiting trial on a separate case where he, drumroll please, was caught pulling a very young girl into a bathroom. The kid is a predator and hopefully the justice system will actually do its job before some father does it for them

@@ROTTERDXM He was trying to distract the officer. He may have some mental issues but he knows exactly what he was doing. If he was in that state of mind he wouldn’t have been joking with his friend when the officers first arrived.

The manager of the first video was ready to believe Andrew was innocent and that the first charge was just a misunderstanding. He has a good heart, I’m glad he didn’t keep trying to defend him after the video showed something was wrong. I hope he pointed a camera more toward the bathroom after this incident (obviously that difficult cuz of privacy, im sure something can be done)
I was stalked many years ago, and even after the police had intervened and he agreed not to continue, I was sufficiently traumatised that I moved to a property above street level. A stash of letters telling you that the person loves you but will kill your cats if you don’t love them back, and who peers through your ground floor windows at random times will do that you. I don’t understand how someone can be like that, there’s something wrong with them.

Leniency isn't the right word but more around the frame of understanding when it comes to people transitioning with testosterone. Jayden very likely just feels extremely angry and aggressive all of the time without the proper self-awareness to understand where it's coming from and it has lead to this kind of behaviour. This isn't an excuse at all, but I think it should be taken into account when charging someone for their behaviour. Rehabilitation would probably do better for this sort of situation than jail time.

It is absolutely amazing to me the patients that these police officers have with these individuals. I am a former military and professional MMA fighter and my whole life I wanted to be a police officer BUTTTTTT......LOL.... But "hypothetically" the first dude probably wouldn't have made it out of the situation without being the first dude probably wouldn't have made it out of the situation without a broken neck at best, the second dude......well the same.
