It doesn't though. Everything you see here is either a mod or edited. The camera doesn't move like that in the actual game.

I think the entire city is criminals because the civilians had to evacuate due to scarecrow at the start of the game

In Arkham Knight, all civilians have evacuated the city under threat by Scarecrow. The only ones left in Gotham are the GCPD, the rioters and regular crooks (like the ones in the car), the Militia, and Batman +Bat Family

I remember my first real chase. I missed a turn in the batmobile mid-chase and ended up smashing though a set of wood garage doors and on the other side of it i found out i had come out infront of the criminals' car and hit them head on.

Would have looked better with a controller rather than a Keyboard for two reason: The look, not smooth and when you go back up after having gone all the way down (dive bomb). Looks better when you do it with a controller But nice video 😁
