FOTO has a unique attribute of 12% healing effect which amplifies both healing and shield generated by heroes. Uranus' 2nd skill generates a shield equal to 200% of his magic power while his 3rd skill amplifies it up to 20%. This synergizes with FOTO which in effect increases Uranus' generated shield. On another note, Uranus' 3rd skill also gives 5 stacks of Resilience which reduces most crowd control effects. Knowing this, if you have enemies with multiple crowd control, you can buy brute force breast plate and tough boots instead to gain 45% resilience thereby reducing the crowd control duration to nearly half. You can also buy rock potion to give an additional 25% resilience which lasts up to 2 minutes. You can't regen if you're crowd controlled. So better buy Brute Force than FOTO if you have enemies with multiple crowd control.

@@MikeSmooovewith one correction. FOTO only amplifies heal and shield from skill that can “give” it to other hero. Uranus passive only heal himself, so it’s not affected by FOTO. The same with Uranus 2nd skill shield. The only thing that is affected by FOTO is revitalize, because it’s a skill that can give heal to other hero as well. If you want your Uranus passive heal and 2nd skill shield increase, you can use Oracle.
