@@alanwongtylerchristianyou’d actually be pretty surprised how little of a skill gap their is between men and women in jiu jitsu. The weight makes the most difference out of anything but we train with women all the time and often times there could be a 30-40lb difference between us and some of the girls at my gym and it doesn’t give us as much as an advantage as a lot of people think. As guys we can rely more on our strength and endurance as well as being extremely technical but the women at my gym are much more technical than most the men which helps narrow the gaps between strength and technique.

Foreal sure pushing the head down is an actual defensive move to stop a opponent from getting a successful take down in some cases, and to help get leverage. But this guy was just constantly shoving his head down while on top like he’s gonna start humping him or something not cool.
