This isn’t the aerospace engineering you guys are thinking about. This is basically technician work. He’s a maintenance engineer. Yes it has engineer in the title but it’s not the one you guys think it is. He even says you don’t need physics for what he’s doing so… that tells you a lot that you need to know. He’s a technician

Very Beautiful. I’m in a different career path but as a kid I was always interested in space exploration and UFO’s and other sorts of aircraft’s. If I had to change careers, it would’ve been something along the lines of aerospace engineering or astronaut.

Best option is to go into an aeronautical college and after the 2 years you can get an apprenticeship or go to university

The best way to become an aircraft maintenance engineer is to do an apprenticeship... If you have a degree , it would be best for you to try and get a job in the engineering team at an airline

Many many universities accept btechs and it's well within their entry requirements. So university is definitely within reach. However If you find that you're more of a hands on learner and university isn't for you, I would highly recommend apprenticeships! They're a fantastic way to get into the industry. I hope that helps
