We lost our 32 year old son last year during COVID and oh how we long for our own family reunion singing together again. I have played this over and over and never tire of watching and listening. May God bless you all richly. I love how Kim leads the singing with different soloists etc. Just awesome. A foretaste of the feast to come!
When I survey the wondrous cross on which the Prince of glory died, my richest gain I count but loss, and pour contempt on all my pride. Forbid it, Lord, that I should boast save in the death of Christ, my God! All the vain things that charm me most, I sacrifice them through his blood. See, from his head, his hands, his feet, sorrow and love flow mingled down. Did e'er such love and sorrow meet, or thorns compose so rich a crown? Were the whole realm of nature mine, that were a present far too small. Love so amazing, so divine, demands my soul, my life, my all. Psalter Hymnal, 1987
Yes, Hymns of the church are still very powerful...even today. They tell a collective story of GOD"s faithfulness and goodness in the lives of believers. It sure wouldn't hurt a few churches to pick up those red things called hymn books and sing those songs again.

I am thinking of the great memories that will be had by the children in the group. What a great heritage from the Lord. YOU will never know the blessings in this life you have been to us be this investment of the hymns of our faith! Hallelujah!
What a great heritage indeed to this young generation. GOD bless this family members and I pray that my own family will save the LORD and it shall be a family of Worship and Prayer to the Glory of the true Living GOD and the risen CHRIST. Amen 🙏!
You have taken me back 39 years to songs that we used to sing when I was first saved, sure miss those days. These old songs have such depth, promise, and hope for tomorrow. Keep up the good work!
How wonderful to come together as a family and sing praises to Our Heavenly Father. Our Family used to do that when Mom was with us. Since she passed away we haven't done that anymore and watching all of you guys sure makes me miss them days too. God bleds you all.
The “2nd verse soloist” showed great emotion and humility as she sang. This is such an amazing hymn thoroughly brought to life by you all. Thank you. Pastor Dave in the U.K.
Yes, the solo for v2 is made all the more beautiful because of the clear emotion. But the gentleman in v3 has the most perfect balance of manliness and gentleness in his voice.
Yes I agree. I can't hear the name of the gentleman in the VICTORS Tee shirt that Kim asked to join in V3, but he too has an incredible tenor voice. Beautiful harmonies all around.
This song and this performance by the Collingsworth's family blesses me inside out. I feel such a kinship with each person like I am right there with them snging with you. be assured that I am belting it out here a home. Blessings to you all!
Praises to our God. This family singing these blessed hymns under the anointing of the Holy Spirit. They've brought a new hunger in my soul to worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness. God's richest blessings on them forevermore.
What a wonderful song by Fanny J Cross!! Wonderfully sung and played by Collingsworth!! Love so amazing and there can be no equal love by anyone in this world! Thank You Jesus for Your Most precious death at the Cross for all our sins!!!
My ALL TIME FAVORITE HYMN! Beautifully done. Our family used to do this, as I sang and played piano! Who is the tenderhearted beauty who does the solo? I break down on that same verse, just thinking of the price HE paid. May God richly bless you and yours!
Thank you so very much for recording this. I am from a large family and now that mom is gone we don't sing together like we use to. You voices are all so beautiful. Truly Gid had blessed you all. See ya in heaven if not on earth.
Praise God! As the Apostle Andrew said as he went to his death: "O cross I have waited for thee." May Christ dwell in us, that when that time comes that we, like Him, may be prepared to die to save others. God bless.

This is your family reunion? Thank you for blessing us with your amazing talents. The Collingsworths are a gift from God to us. Please keep sharing. ❤️💛💚💙💜✝️
What is the Keaton Reunion? I've watched about a dozen of these now and am really blessed. That piano player is the best!!! I wish I was there with my guitar..
This is just our Family get togethers, we enjoy singing around the piano when some of us are together at Thanksgiving, Christmas or Reunions. There are 112 of our immediate family, so we rarely get ALL 112 together...even at Reunions. Lol The Piano player is Kimberly Keaton Collingsworth, she travels and sings with her own family (The Collingsworth Family) and was Just voted Favorite Musician Award for 2019, again. I believe this makes at least 9 yrs in a row?! Not sure exact amt.
I live in Cape Town, South Africa. I only recently discovered the Keaton family reunion videos. Their singing in harmony was exquisite, but, It was the piano player that first caught my attention. And now that I have read her testimony and life story and walk with the Lord. Praise God, Praise God, Praise God ! May you all be blessed and continue to be this great Godly influence and infusion in lives of multitudes over all the earth.
There has been talk of something recorded next year? We will see...112 ppl in this family, so now easy to get everyone together often...over half in full time ministries of some kind. 😊
