After being a stray, my fluffy black kitty is now enjoying the best life ever with his new buddies. My rescue cats spend sunny days outside in the fairytale yard, roaming freely, and always sleep in the safety of the home.

Yes, I agree Petit has the most beautiful eyes. But Mamita has beautiful eyes too. And Jerry has a beautiful fur pattern. Each of them has something special: beautiful eyes, beautiful fur, a plushy coat, pretty pink nose, cuddly body shape; can you tell I love cats?

Nope, I'm still the one who wakes them up at 5 because they usually get up at 7. Look how sleepy they are. 😂 They can't wake me up even if they want to, because they sleep in a separate part of the house (a part that is still being renovated and only they use it). They make chaos and have parties there, but I still sleep peacefully at the other end of the house. Big houses have their disadvantages, but also their advantages. 😂

Maybe because you are a new owner, or maybe because you subconsciously think your cat is capable of injuring himself. I have had dogs and cats with me all my life and I know the character of each of my pets well. I remember when I was going through the phase of having video surveillance and thus monitoring what the pets were doing while I was away from home. 😺

And what about worrying about whether the neighbor's dog will manage to get under the fence? 🙂 And if a giant crow attacks them? Or when a mating male cat enters the yard and starts marking its territory. They have a lot of their own concerns that go under people's radar. It's like that with every animal. 😺

Very peaceful video. Petit is his usual endearing little self this morning, I see. Jerry is a handsome boy. I love his facial markings. My little goofy girl came to attention at the sound of the crows. We have them around our woods.

Thank you so much, Anita! 🤗Jerry and Happy are sleepers, and the other three cats like to get up as soon as the first person in the house is awake. During most of the year I get up at 7, but during the summer even earlier. I like to grab as much of the day as possible, waking up with the sunrise. Plus, it's very calm then, so I can take good shots for my next videos. When it's warm, cats are outside most of the day. They come out very briefly in winter. That's why I have a lot of cat toys and scratchers in the house. 🙂

Basically, I go with the flow. When it happens that everything is calm and the cats are interesting to film, I make a longer video like this one. However, more often it happens that there is some kind of noise from the surroundings or too many cars passing by, so I make a shorter video accordingly. I'm not a fan of sound design later in video editing. The trademark of this channel, along with Petit himself, has become the soothing sounds of nature and relaxing content. That's why I can't allow it to be spoiled by various unwanted noise. Rather, I will shorten the video to 7-8 minutes or however many minutes of quality content I get. Early in the morning on the weekends is the quietest and then I can make such long videos. 🙂

I wonder that too... When I'm really satisfied with the sound, I put the keyword "ASMR" in the description of the video. In order to assess it properly, I play the video, close my eyes and just listen to it until the end. After that I decide if I will put the ASMR tag. 🙂
