Why on earth would you have stayed with Robert after your mil's behavior at the reception and the fact that he wouldn't even defend you? Run away from that toxic family asap.
Thank you so much for the beautiful birds in the background. They are a welcome relief from the far too many ghastly backgrounds showing random (and irrelevant to the story being told) people shoving indecent amounts of food into their faces. First red flag, I’m not ready to b a father. Wouldn’t have married him after that remark. I’d walked out of the reception, grabbed the certificate & tore it up. No need for a divorce r annulment because tearing the certificate would say no marriage. She was stupid staying in the marriage as long as she did. If a man can’t defend his wife r won’t than his not a man worthy of the woman.
What woman in her right mind would tolerate a MIL after the wedding fiasco? Nobody I know would tolerate that and even go on to move in with a toxic family while expecting a baby. If he had acted like he didn't want a child for even one second I would have left him in the dust and I would never see me or MY child again. His name wouldn't be on my child birth certificate either.
This was a realy beatay story!I had always heard stories about doiating mothers in law,ubut as for my mother inlaw I never hear any kind of ugly remarks from her, she was there for advice. I had heard from other family members that my mother in law didn't think I was right for him because I was 3 years older, but shenever commented to me about it So when I see or hear about this type of people , thank God for my mother in law. They were Christians,and Wasn't she accepted me,and I thinktwas she hadn't met me until we jad been martied for 3 years , so I think that she just accepted me for the sake of her son and the children we already had. I can't complain about my in laws.I thank God for them.
I had to take my baby and leave my house and go stay at a hotel to get away from my mother. She actually called CPS to say I was crazy for taking my daughter with me. They told her she was crazy and that I better have taken my baby with me and she should not call them m again. She only told me this because she was mad and needed somebody to vent to but I no longer needed to worry about her threatening to call CPS
Yeah, what kind of ending was this? Sylvia didn't face any consequences, glad Op and her son are okay, but that evil vile witch Sylvia deserved to be locked up for what she did to Hannah, even Hannah should have gotten compensation and Sylvia at least ended up in jail for a few years, sounds like she has been abusive to other people as well, so basically that woman got away scot free with what she did??? A very boring ending indeed.
These stories originate in Japan, China, and other Asian countries. The marriage and inheritance and financial laws may be different than the country you live in. There may even be different family traditions that aren't easily understood. These stories are edited for dramatic affect.
