We just retired to S Az 4+ yrs ago and what a change from Ohio! The mountains, cacti, ever changing clouds/ sky colors! Everything is different😳🤯. Oh and the “wild pigs” are Javelina ( Havelina) and steer clear of them. They have a strong scent and don’t see well so they can attack protecting their young! Great video ladies, I enjoyed it a lot.😉

I loved your video Emily. I could not tell either of you apart only when you said it. I went to Anna's site and watched a video and she is a wonderful painter and I see the difference she is left handed. I've never painted oil but I will watch more or her videos Thank you

It has been almost sixty years since I sketched the same canyon scene on the Rio Grande river in Big Bend National Park. Did it in pencil back then instead of paint. I wish I still had that sketch book. There were a lot of memories on those pages.

Hilarious! Only a fellow artist would understand the need to describe what you see in terms of the paint colors needed to replicate the scene…my favorite is cerulean blue and orange lake for may early morning or evening skies!

I've stood in that same exact spot and did the hike in along the river canyon. Beautiful spot and Big Bend is especially beautiful. Good to see the two of you having fun.

So incredibly beautiful and look forward to seeing what you paint but the New Yorker that I am is getting anxiety watching you 2 all alone in that park 😳 I keep hearing “perfect place to hide a body” and “no witnesses” in my head. SORRY! Don’t mean to be negative at all. Call me crazy but I felt safer when by myself in middle of Times Square at midnight!! 🤷🏻‍♀️😉 Lol

Hah hah! That's ironic, because I feel the safest in the wide-open outdoors (I'm a country girl!), and in the city I feel much more uneasy! I guess there is "danger" everywhere, but you just have to do your best to navigate it all wisely. :)
