Things I’m looking forward to in chapter 4: -New characters (as I’m 99% sure we’ll have new characters) -Seeing more of Poppy -The new GrabPack and antagonist mechanics (that I’m also 99% sure we’ll see more of) -The horror’s presentation and the overall LOREEEE
Maybe its just me, but I dont like how there's new characters every single chapter. It feels like there's gonna be a point where even fans dont know certain characters, they'd be going overboard imo.
Heres what i think to expect for chapter 4: -New toys, including maybe a return of an old friend..... -Learning about who attacked kissy -Boxy boo will possibly make an appearance in the game, showing as a disguised statue, then surprise attacking us. -Dogday well make another appearance, as well trying to get him a new body, and trying to find another friendly critters that are still alive... if they are. Continuing at 10 likes. (More ideas, starting to talk about the plot and gameplay.)
What I'd like to know is: Who are we *specifically* and what is our role in all of this? Was Elliot really allowed to pass on in peace or did they resurrect him? Who was the Prototype before they became what they are? Is Poppy Elliot's deceased daughter? What entity created those giant holes around the facility in CH 2? Has PJ Pugapillar really been forgotten? How did the "Hour of Joy" take place? From start to finish, what exactly happened? The scientist on the black tape in CH 1 during the "Hour of Joy" can be recalled saying: "I'm not worried about myself. One breakthrough and I'll be back." And he talks as if they'll recover from this despite death descending on everyone. Very curious.

Catnap: *torturing heretics* Also catnap: *"you need to get out of here."* anyway i have a theory. not about chapter 4. About Cat-bee. a cat mixed with a bee. remember what dogday said?. "this is what he does to *heretics*" and one of cat-bee's voiceline is "*you need to get out of here, Just kidding!*" means that shes/hes a heretic. but how did she die? i have 3 theorys 1: mommy long legs killed her 2: the prototype totured her for being a heretic 3: she just went missing another theory. About poppy. Poppy wants us to escape so why not kill her for being a heretic? i mean. Shes maybe a helper for the prototype and wants us to *"defeat"* the prototype? if you want to defeat the prototype, the prototype would have killed or tortured poppy for being a heretic?.
So, based upon the hints, I definitely think it’s a new villain and not the prototype who attacked Kissy. The prototype would be too busy assembling pieces of CatNap on to themselves. And one of the heads of Mob dropped a clue that (& I’m paraphrasing) “Chapter 4 will be a hoot.” Thinking it’s probably gonna be an owl villain which is horrifying and on brand considering what owls are known for. We know for a fact, Kissy’s thumping around was her. It makes sense that the attack was probably an aerial one. And we didn’t immediately see any danger, but I assume this owl villain was hiding from above. Geez, an owl villain would be super scary. Plus, if we think back to the Bunzo Bunny comic, it makes sense there would be a bird-like villain.
Wait, big brain theory. What if Poppy is secretly pulling a Baby from fnaf and "pretending" to be good? Remember the title of the whole thing: "Poppy playtime". What do you do when you play? Make believe or pretend. I'm not saying the prototype is GOOD, just that perhaps everyone is just BAD. Heck, people are saying Ollie could be the prototype, but are we sure it isn't Poppy herself? We sure don't see her in the room when Ollie is speaking, do we? Whenever Ollie is speaking, Poppy is gone, but when Poppy is there in person, Ollie is silent. We should pay attention to that
Funnily enough when Ollie's voice was heard for the first time in the Project Playtime Update "Forsaken" trailer and the CH3 trailer people thought he was Poppy.
Personally, I think that we’ll be facing a new villain in the fourth chapter and have a final showdown with the Prototype in a fifth chapter. Poppy has been stuck in her case for a whole decade, so how can she be certain that Catnap was the final pawn the Prototype had? I also think that the Prototype’s presence is going to gradually increase in this new chapter as well. Either way, I can’t wait to see what else the game has in store for us!
@@gamerboii4908 Possibly. But a lot of people also thought the villain of Chapter 3 was going to be Bron the Dinosaur only to have it be Catnap, an unexpected villain. We might get Boxy Boo as the main villain in a chapter, but I'm not going to hold my breath.
@@gamerboii4908 If she's been in her case for years, how would she know for absolutely certain that Catnap was the Prototype's final pawn? Who knows, maybe we'll be surprised to find that the Prototype actually has a whole army of toys ready for us as soon as we descend deeper into the depths.
Honestly, I think Miss Delight should be brought back, Her phase in the game was by far the best Minor Boss Battles, because is was not a straightforward fight and also It requires strategy. (Also she literally has the characteristics of a Main Villain, Tragic Backstory, Hard Boss Battle, Terrifying, And just generally a likeable-Hateable Character.)

Things I’m looking forward in chapter 4: - new hands for our grab pack(1) -more face time with poppy(2) -grab pack 3.0(new hands and a better prototype than 2.0 and has jetpack and has gun on shoulders and arms)(3) -many new characters(allies)(4) -we can talk with Ollie whenever we want to(5) -and finally bosses and horror(6)
How come I haven't heard anyone speaking about the fact Poppy saying "Once we hit the ground, we need to be cautious, there's something-" and it cuts to Kissy being attacked. It's most likely the antagonist of chapter 4 but it could be anything.
I hope they make another girl monster like mommy longlegs because so far we only have her and kissy missy, which doesn’t attack us at all, but I’m guessing they are going to put smiling critters as the boss in chapter 4 or rejected toys like bron. I LITERALLY CAN’T WAIT!🎉
Thing im really looking forward to in chapter 4: - VSH tape of smiling critters deaths - PickyPiggy being DEAD - Bobby Bearhug still alive - CraftyCorn still alive - souls in all of the toys so far especially mini smiling critters and dogday -kissy missy not being hurt
I think that a good terrifying villain for chapter 4, would be one who is incredibly intelligent and calculating but also extremely psychotic, because we haven’t really seen one of those yet (except for the prototype)
However, we can make an educated guess. A Fly in Web came out on May 5, 2022, meaning there was a 20-month gap between that and the most recent chapter. Based on that, it's likely that we'll get Chapter 4 either in the closing months of 2025 or in the opening months of 2026.

Im looking forward to see what happened to the rest of the smiling critters since we only went through Dogday and Catnap. It really got me curious because only 2-3 critters weren't heard screaming like the other critters. Could they possibly still be alive? Im also curious about what happened to the critters who were screaming. I hope we'll be able to see that in a chapter four VHS tape or something! :D

Not really chapter 3 started production in April 2023 and that is 8 months. The reason it took so long is because they where working on project playtime. 🤓🤓🤓
Theory:Ollie is the prototype as why did the prototype kill catnap as he wanted to save us so the prototype is helping us more then kill us but at the end he is gona kill us But Ollie saved us
Lets be clear.. It CANNOT be smilling critters who killed Kissy for 3 reasons. 1. During us talking to Dogday which we can see that the smilling critters treated Dogday as like a puppet, controlling his mind ti'll he fully goes insane but not dying is complete suffer and torture of what Dogday has become and.... 2. If Dogday was trapped in that prison room and the smilling critters still posses him cant possibly go to where kissy was and yes ik there are multiple 3. When we were solving another puzzle that was challenging bc tiny small critters were chasing us for flesh and food due to there desperate starving hunger and we can clearly hear squeaky sounds which we could have heard before the lid of the elevatator thing closed but nothing was heard It cannot be daddy long legs for 2 reasons 1. His character cannot get the blame since there are no obvious signs that its him since his character wasnt really known and very well introduced until we saw in a poster of what daddy long legs looks like . 2. After since mommy long legs have died we could probably call out daddy long legs to be sad and depressed and got more hatred to the prototype bc he took some of the parts of mommy long legs and is the reason she snapped and got killed, so he probably is on poppys side since he doesnt like the prototype much, he could've died from catnap since poppy explained that some of the toys that disobeyed the prototype was killed but none of the scenes was abt daddy long legs in the hour of joy. Cannot be Dogday for 1 short reason 1. His trapped in a cell room Cannot be the red smoke for 3 reasons 1. Catnap is dead so there cant be anyone who could breathe it out 2. There is like a room full of red smoke but is far away from where kissy was 3. We could have seen atleast tiny of the smoke... Suspects.. Ollie and poppy - still kind of suspicious but more of Ollie, since of what poppytheory said in one of his vids that allies voice sounded a bit like forced and it looks like they are trying to mimic the voice of a child and when the prototype shows up Ollie doesnt contact us when were on danger and is practically sounds sus bc he or she doesnt rly sound very happy that your still alive after all that has happened to you. I have to pause here. My hands are shaking so bad that i cant eat or drink much bc i cant put water in my glass cause of my hand due to typing... pray for me pls 😢 Part 2!! - poppy seems to be a person/toy who seems to be a threat to the other toys but not towards us.. EVERY SINGLE toy has clearly warned us to leave except... for poppy and ollie, maybe poppy theory is right that the smilling critters trapped poppy in that case and catnap put red smoke so she would fall asleep for a long damn time, poppy is super obvious and clear that she just wants us to do the work and get revenge, on chapter 1 or 2(can't rly remember) she crashed the train on purpose so that we could stay since she wont allow us to leave without her getting revenge, before we contacted poppy... everything seemed fine except for the fact that when the toys knew that we were secretly known as poppys angel.. toys became VERY addicted to violence and wanting to kill us as if we did something bad that would be punished by life. But our character just does what we are told to and doesn't get to pick an option or a choice. As like we know that something *-BAD-* will happen if we disobey poppy.. i mean? Dont tell me i dont have a point but 🤦 after we leave home sweet home we get jumpscared by kissy but poppy stops her and kissy looks abit sad and guilty and is really obedient to poppy and following every step she makes like shes forced to do it Another theory of what happened to kissy might also be related to poppy and ollie MAYBE... Ollie and poppy worked together to use us and kissy to get revenge and eventually kill us then they'll be free! I mean cmn? Almost every location we go to, Ollie is always there to describe it like google and knows if catnap will lurke there or not and has acces to the whole system and can give out keys and all but leads us to danger like when on the final step.. Ollie gives us a battery to put the red smoke to the left part ( the blue battery) then catnap shows up as if Ollie exactly knew that catnap will be there. Then its time for poppy's time to shine, on Poppys first reaction abt kissy screaming is like " huh? What? This isnt part of the- " then cuts off like shes gonna say smth like this : " huh? What? This isnt the plan.. " more like shes confused that Ollie and Her plan isnt working and didnt plan it to be as successful as they wanted it to be? 😮😮😮😮

Even if the Prototype told him to I doubt he would see her that much of a threat besides Kissy wouldn't be struggling against him due to him being damaged from the fall. It could be Boxy Boo but I feel like Kissy would've heard him and be able to beat him.
I thought about something what if Kissy wasn't the target? She closed the top to prevent whoever was there from going after us. She got attacked because she was protecting us long enough for the top to close shut. So she could just be injured or was yelling like that to scare them off.

I have a tiny theory so ollie said catnap was the last smiling critter but we did see dogday so i think pickypiggy saw huggy wuggy and ate him. Pickypiggy probably ate the whole thing not caring for dangers so he may have aten huggywuggys voice box and pickypiggy just came right to kissy missy and ate her and the voices are the voice box just doing what its supposed to do. This is my theory:)
I just thought of something. How did Poppy know that Huggy was dead? Obviously she knew about Mommy Long Legs, but Huggy? She said, "you killed Huggy" with so much certainty.

My personal opinion, is that we will be given a cycle of 7 more months 4 chapter 4, and I believe the Prototype won't be the end of this he won't be a throw away character either.but I believe we will be given more threats, new ones, and old characters like Huggy won't be dead he might even return to help us aid Kissy if she's hurt or taken, we might meet the few or new smiling critters, Dig into the Prototypes backstory a little and, maybe have his presence linger around the whole chapter until the end of it when he reveals himself, and 5 comes into effect a year later.
Though they said them self Boxy is cannon and is in the story but we will not face him I think it’s Boxy because it says he’s quite and patient meaning he was waiting for use to go down the elevator so he could attack Kissy Missy and that’s also why you only hear Kissy Missy Screaming because Boxy Boo Is quite when he attacks
i have a theory about who attacked kissy missy: so. i think that picky piggy attacked her because in the cart board cutout she was really hungry even she ate her own friends 💀 or the mini rejected smiling critters could attack her or a bigger body of a rejected smiling critter could attack her or unknown boi idk

I'm kinda hoping and a bit curious to see if we'll potentially be shown a different smiling critter like Picky Piggy or Bobby BearHug since those two are the most likely to still be alive despite DogDay saying he was the last smiling critter as it's possible that he doesn't know that they're still alive or survived. If Bobby BearHug's cardboard cutout is to be taken seriously then there IS the potential that she IS still alive and lost somewhere in the factory. Picky Piggy could potentially be the new big bad of Chapter 4 going off her cardboard cutout's voice lines where she asks if the player wants to be friends after saying what she does about elephants, chicken, and unicorns.. could be implying that she's saying it to lure you into a false sense of security but her tone of voice and the way she says it just screams "I'm hungry and wanna eat you." Which IF she killed and ate three of her friends or at least killed two of them and ate them, and ate the other that was potentially already dead before she did anything then it'd make sense. Especially since we know that the toys eat human flesh so the player would probably be perfect. Granted we don't know when the cardboard cutouts were made and how long they've been there with those specific voice lines (Kickin' Chicken's seems to be around the Hour Of Joy) so there's no way to fully know but it'd be interesting to see those two. Although I'd really like to see if Boxy Boo will get a debut in one of the chapters but I highly doubt it. I'd also like to see if DogDay is still alive or not then of course who attacked Kissy Missy and who or what exactly is Ollie. I'm pretty excited but we'll see where the developer takes it
Do you think they're taking a leaf out of the FNAF book and waiting until everyones exhausted their theories before releasing the chapter. With everyone's guessing either they have to push back the chapter to incorporate a few theories as a way of writing itself without paying anyone or they have to change everything because everyone guessed it TOO well and they want to keep it fresh
It’s a really, really long shot in the dark while blindfolded, but I’m honestly hoping the Smiling Critters aren’t actually all done for like we’re led to believe. Yeah, CatNap and DogDay are down for the count, but based on the cutout lines there’s a chance that a couple of the others MIGHT still be alive. If I remember correctly, Hoppy and Bobby didn’t seem to have any screams. Plus, Ollie was wrong in that CatNap was the last one, so DogDay might’ve been wrong too. Different people are gonna have different intel. But then again, I guess that’s just wishful thinking. I know from looking around that I’m not the only one who wants Mob to have another project involving those characters, after all. I will agree with someone else here, though, there’s a high chance that our next antagonist is probably going to be an aerial toy.
What I want in chapter 4 is mainly a new character I've thought of one that could be the villain or the good Protecter: a human toy prototype hybrid that roams the factory in search of toys to save from the prototype. He was created just after the prototype to help children heal from catnap's red smoke if anything goes wrong, or Heal serious injuries or basic injuries. However now that the employees are gone he has nothing to do but save toys from the prototype. He also has a an incredibly injured face so he has a gas mask on. We do encounter him kinda but his mask and prototype arm are the only things we see (he has a prototype arm its not the original prototype) this is only what I think is gonna be the next character but I could be wrong
The prototype was the FIRST bigger bodies project, so the protector couldn't have been made right after the prototype to aid in a threat that doesn't exist yet
I'm kinda thinking after catnap cuz the protecter's main job is to help children from red smoke and hallucinations after the first Incident with the colorless monster
I really feel that Boxy Boo, Dogday, PJ, and a few other toys will be in Ch. 4.; mainly because they have not been directly eliminated and confirmed to be eliminated, and some have yet to appear in the main story.
Theory: I think the prototype is collecting toy parts because to get out he needs to get the right parts and give them to this all powerful god to escape the factory and kill everyone! Also he wont be the main villain of chapter 4 but he will show up a lot more, instead he will be the main villain of chapter 5.
I think If chapter 4 is just a little bit shorter it will be at the end of this year. We'll probably get a teaser trailer in June, because teaser trailers are only a few months after games. I say December 2024 or January 2025. I think Huggy is alive, I think he was controlled by the prototype to hurt kissy. Huggy wouldnt intentionally do it. I think Huggy will be good and help us.
Btw, the villain of chapter 4 is Boxy Boo. The villain in chapter 5, will probably be prototype, or a new toy we don’t know about, Heck, it mightn’t even be Bron!
What I think is happening. I think olie is the prototype because it has been said he can mimic voices but you might ask if he was the prototype why would he help us. He will make us fall into his trap. That's my opinion
