The emotional rollercoaster for folks in peri-menopause and menopause is not for the weak.

Y’all are going to cause my husband to divorce me!!! He’s trying to sleep, so he can get up early and go to work to make the donuts to support our household … but he can’t sleep peacefully because I am over here cackling like a hyena!!! You two are hysterical! 😂

I'm done when Chance said there is no such thing as a friendly lion but a FULL lion.... I hollered😂😂😂😂😂

I can't wait to return & hear Chance tell his experience of going on a Safari 😅.

Blessings, Tab and Chance💜 Here's an idea: go to Africa together and enjoy/explore the culture, then plan a day when Tab goes on safari while Chance goes to the golf course. You'll both be happy when you return from what makes you happy.

Y’all remember when Tab set the falcon free? Imagine that on an African Safari! Videos of Giraffes, elephants, lions, tigers etc running free! 🤣🤣🤣

Tab I’m so happy you are talking about menopause. I’m 56 and it horrible, extreme brain fog, deep depression, anxiety, HOT 🥵 FLASHES, mood swings. No sleep. I literally thought I was losing my mind. I tried everything over the counter meds-they worked for a minute but eventually after 2 years I had to get on very small dosage of an anti depressant Zoloft (25mg). Now with making sure I get to bed early by 10, watch what I eat, walking I am 💯 better and this also helps with the hot flashes. I really wish more women would talk about menopause maybe the scientific world would research this woman issue more because there are so many women suffering and I did not want to get on a anti depressant but it works. I’m happy for anyone that gets help more natural but that was not working for me. Oh yeah and you start gaining weight and it is hard to loose it 😢 it is a terrible feeling 🙏🏾💔

Thank you for the realness because people think y’all perfect and that there is no wrong no matter how much you tell them that everything in the beginning and what you went through no matter how much you tell your story folks want to think you are perfect and that you can’t fall from Grace and that you can’t be mad at each other, but God is in the mist of you all and so for that Love trust compromise comes right on through. Omg Yessss!!! I just got back from Africa and we stayed at a reserve in villas and walked with lions and got to play with the cubs. And it was the experience of a lifetime!!!! You have to experience it! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
